Preferred Long Distance, Inc. will tell you they will save you money on their phone service through their phone slamming practice. Once you're on board with them you will pay a lot more than your regular provider and you wont be able to just close your account without you having to figure it all out. I found the solution by calling my old phone company for the procedure. Why didn't Preferred Long Distance help me with this? Because they want to keep billing you and they will. The worst customer service ever. There support team responses are in very rudimentary English, and on the one time I was able to speak to someone, dealt with someone who was very rude - it seems to be a mom and pop operation. I have a significant amount of email correspondence to demonstrate they are a bad company. The company goes by a lot of names: ScreenAid, Gadget Town, Yall Inc. At counter of Continental Airlines getting my boarding pass to New Jersey, and the one that will take me to NH (final destination). I was offered a free trial of acacia berries slimming pills and was assured I would only need to pay the postage. I accepted the trail and then a week or so later I noticed a payment of £75 had been taken out of my bank account without my permission. I would never have tried these pills had I known the true cost, I don't understand how these people have got away with this. Its disgusting and they very nearly took me over my overdraft limit which could have ended up costing me a lot more in bank charges.
