I have had problems from the day the unit was installed. (My plumber said I would hate it and he was soooo right) What a joke to call it the "quiet series" when it sounds like a rocket launch from start to finish. Dishes mostly come out more dirty than when they were put in...a salt looking deposit left behind. The racks are rusting out and the door latch broke. It is less than 5 years old and I will need to replace as nothing is on warranty. We bought a ring from Diamond Creations back in November. I put down a 12, 500.00 deposit to hold a spot for Lee's one on one mentor program that costs 34, 000.00. When I came to my senses and realized that it was not a smart business decision, I called to cancel and get my money back since we had not even started and wouldn't have for months. Lee has a business policy that you have 3 days only to get a refund for products or services, which he stands by. Had tile installed on bathroom floor. After Some tiles became cracked and floor had soft spots. Called Mr.Handyman, they sent out a rep who gave an estimate of repairs of $3000.00 Insurance estimate was $2700.00 with $500. deductible. License plumber vcame out said toilet had not been replaced properly by Handyman. Wax ring was not properly re-installed, and toilet was not even bolted down. I bought a Fram XG7317 oil filter and put it on my 2004 Honda Accord V6 in October 2011. When changing my oil March 20, 2011 I realized the filter had rusted and was leaking oil on the ground. My safe oil level had been compromised. The oil level in my car was and had been below the safe mark on the dip stick for some time. I am worried about the life expectancy of my engine. Truly horrible service. They are very nice at first and treat you well and then you realize you've been completely ripped off. Any further contact you try to make involves you really feeling like they are giving you the run-around.
