Driving down the road at 45mph the transmission of my 2007 Spectra5 jumped with a hard knock to the car and dropped into 3rd gear. He has totally twisted his incompetence into being my fault?
He had to have his Brother in Law come pick it up finally because he was too embarassed to even show up!!
Obviously he has Mental issues, and I hope he gets the help he needs!

My timing belt went on my 01 eclipse, I replaced it myself with the help of my father, who was a mechanic for 20 years. Couldn't get the car to start so we thought the dealer could figure it out quicker than we could, BIG MISTAKE. They told me the timing was off 3 teeth and that was the problem (yea, right). I bought a 1999 ford windstar from used car world @ 2351 sawmill run blvd pittsburgh, pa in Feb of 2010.
I made it 10 miles down rd and my check engine light came on and tranny would not shift into overdrive.
I immediately called them and they said call tomorro and they would fix it. I called and the owners were snowed in. This went on for a week. I had less than 20 miles on van and they refused to fix my issues or meet me half way.

My car developed defect within one month of purchase. The yellow indicator starts glowing at 60KMs or higher and buzzer statrs ringing. The accelerator stops functioning. I went to get an oil change on my car and they told me that I needed to make an appt. I asked if they had an appt for that day and they said no but you can leave your car here for an 1 1/2 - 2 hours which is the waiting time. I said for an oil change only?? I accessed this firm on my iPhone and thought I was calling Pop-A-Lock. Despite being called by the name Pop-A-Lock, the person who answered the call never corrected me or identified the name of his firm. Before beginning, he required that I sign a blank work order (will never do that again). When he was finished, he charged me $79.50. Pop-A-Lock and Yellow Cab charges $35.00. I still can't find him and he is still trying to get people to sign up for his bogus bike building tour. If you send this guy money you are asking to never see it again!! After company admitting they sent the wrong axle they refuse refund knowing that we had taken apart the axle they did pay for the return of product which was refused once it was there. Company only wants to refund the amount of money in which they have left over from our original purchase and wants us to have the axle returned to us and see what we can do with it. In 2008 I purchaed an aftermarket automobile warranty for my 2003 Mercedes C240. The warranty company was Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. I had two claims that went fine. I had the dura shield product put on my new car before I took it home for the first time. I had to take it back to be re done because it was bubbling on the edges.
