Shaker Valley auto repair did an oil change and broke dip stick pressure fitting and stripped drain bolt. First problem caused oil to spill onto engine almost destroying engine due to catastrophic loss of oil. Alsoi resulted in extreme mess - $800 repair bill for parts and clean up. Stripped bolt required replacing drip pan - over $500 parts and labor. They did not even offer to refund price of oil change. Dropped off car on Jan 20th. Service advisor did not list all my complaints on the work order. There was noise coming from the right front, over bumps and occasionally while shifting. Secondly, there was little clutch on a cold start, but it would build as I drove, I was unclear if it was a pressure issue, or a fluid issue, and it went away after a minute or two. I received 8.9 gallons of propane per the meter and I was chardged for 10.0 gallons of propane. One of two 5-gallon propane tanks was completly empty which only received 4.5 gallons and the second 5-gallon tank took 4.4 gallons of propane. The attached receipt shows a total of 10.0 gallons of propane received. This has happened several times. My complaint goes without consideration by management. Scam from used car dealer. The seller requested a $ 400 deposit on a vehicle prior of processing the sale. The seller has been informed that the payment will be sent from other country since the seller did not want to be paid via paypal but insisted on bank check or wire transfer. The seller has been informed that the vehicle would have to be checked by independent company before he would been paid in full and the seller promised that he would refund the deposit after being paid in full. I have been very disappointed with the way the classes are conducted by the Maruti Driving School at Arumbakkam, Chennai. I purchased a VW Beetle from Luxor Auto on Oct. 29, 2009. While test driving the car I noticed it shifted rough but the salesguy assured me that it just needed motormounts replaced and it was definatly not a transmission problem because that would have shown up on their diagnostic reports. On multiple occasions we were forced to clean flooded or mold filled cars by blowing them out and adding perfume so the vehicles could be sold right away.
