Had a car wreck, a front end collision; called my insurance company and was given the name of this repair shop. When I looked them up online they looked like the place you would want to work on your car. Their motto is "home of the the invisible repair". Purchsed battery from Kmart. Battery failed after I had battery 10 months. Got caught in emergency situation where I had to purchase battery from store other than Kmart. Returned bad battery to Kmart. The Kmart that I returned battery prorated battery, which is understandable. The problem is that they would not pay for core charge paid for new battery, or give me a old battery to return to place of purchase of new battery. Big Brand Tire in Ventura will ignore it's customers while they are busy talking on their cells to their buddies. I saw the mechanic drive my car to the front, hand the keys and paperwork to the front desk clerk and never even bother to mention to me that my car was ready. They just ignored me and made me wait there. They were not helping anyone at the time. I think it is a POWER TRIP to see how long they can make you wait. Went to this car wash today and was washing my Ford F-150. When I finished I drove out and realized I wanted to rinse out my truck box so I turned around and went back in. Meineke car care center was to change the transmission oil on a 2000 Chev Cavalier. Checking the oil on this car is a little complicated. In February of 2009 they changed the oil. Shortly after that the transmission began to act up. By November the transmission was not working. Car was taken to a technician to be repaired. I purchased a vehicle with this dealer in july of this year. I have had a significant problem with repairs and it's only been 7 months. I have went through the steps of addressing my concerns with the dealer manager, General motors and now the attorney general. The management were totally unresponsive to my concerns. My car shakes uncontrollably, brakes have been repaired and numerous repairs have been done. Although I have complete documentation of all this the dealer refused to refund the money I spent for the cadillac. This totally deplorable.
