I purchased 4 tires from tire rack. They were Kuhmo tires that were advertised to be 85000 mile tires. I got less than 15000 miles and they wouldn't pass inspection. All 4 tires were evenly worn. Replacement tire were bought and the alignment was checked and it was stilll within mfg. specs. Tire rack/ Kuhmo wanted me to ship the tires back to them at my expense for there engineers to inspect. Be aware that when you buy tires from an online retailer, all warranties are with tire rack at your expense as opposed to aa local retailer where you could have bought them. read full review »

We returned to Cuba and rented a car for 2 days. The rental agent told us this was high season. All the hotel staff told us it wasnt. When we rented the car we were told it was cash only. She said the price was $180.00 When we returned the car and asked for a receipt we were told it would be sent to our hotel the next day. Hi, during my time in NZ, we hired a vehicle from United Vehicle Rentals they did not tell us about a 5000 dollar excess that had to be paid in order to pick up the vehicle from them. So upon arrival in NZ we went to pick up the vehicle and were demanded to pay the 5000 dollars. As we were not prepared for this it took several hours and many phone calls to get the money sorted and an extra 250 dollars in fees. I went to Honda City to get a new leased car. I specifically told Bruce, the salesman that I just paid my Dec lease payment 2 days prior, he said, "NO PROBLEM, WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT". Hello, Since having the vehicle in 2006 my vehicle is underwent three major problems which two of them I paid for out of my pocket. The first was my key got stuck in the ignition and they had to change that which cost me a pretty penny. I am an employee of Monro Muffler for over a year now. I think this company is really sucks. I' have been working as an auto technician for over 10 years (not in the US). but I got the lowest pay rate in the company even i can do everything at work and have the inspection license. My car was in the shop for a rear defrost malfunction. When I picked it I found Mcdonalds garbage in the back of the car as well as a wallet belonging to a mechanic. Apparently this mechanic took my car to go get his lunch. So basically he took my car without my permission and could have been in an accident and/or drove my car with undue care. I traded two vehicles in and was given $3 toward my trade on a 2003 Honda Odyssey. Salesman was totally deceptive in dealing with me. I went in for 2 tires on the front. Salesman John checked the mileage and tires . During an hour of waiting John proceeds to show me the radiator cap saying "If we had done this it would not look like this". I purchased a brand new car from this dealership and have had nothing but problems with the car and the way they have treated me. I regreted my purchase the day after I bought the car. I tried to get my original car back, but they refused. The lied about the car not being there anymore, when it clearly was there for 6 months. They promised me a certain price and then did not deliver it. I have tried to cancel my GAP insurance and have no luck with that either. Only lies and run-around! On 12/10/2009 All County Towing Towed my vehicle from my apartment complex. I have just recently moved in and have been assigned a parking place. I have not seen, signed or been told of any parking lot regulations. Their is no disclaimer in my lease. I took a cool cab (Blue color AC cabs) from Fort to Borivili on 8 Dec 2009. The cool cab driver was deliberately driving slow. We did not understand the reason why. It took us around 2.5 hours to reach andheri via sea link and 3:5 hours. The fare came to Rs.1, 100/-. We took a meru cab in the after from Borivli to Fort. My first complaint was about Sunl, and believe it or not Sunl has really gotten their business in shape since I posted my original complaint about them.
