The franchisee/owner, Scott, and his right-hand man, Allen, stonewalled me for 6 full days, not returning phone calls after promising to do so. I finally showed up at the shop to force a response. I set up an appointment for today, November 5th 2009 at the Big Flats Simmons-Rockwell dealership for my 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ.
After waiting for an hour, the service rep came in and told me they couldn't perform my service because it was a Chevrolet. What they meant to say was that they wasted my time because they didn't want to do warranty work that they wouldn't make money off of!

On arrival in Cancun, Adventure Car Rental didn't have the automatic transmission I had reserved 6 weeks before. I was promised I would be charged a lower rate for the manual car. On getting my AMEX bill I noticed it was not applied. In fact my final bill through AMEX was HIGER than the contracted rate. And they slipped in 2 minor extra charges. No response to my queries to them and waiting (I gave them manana time to answer)_ caused the 60 day limit on complaints to AMEX to expire. Purchased the boat from a finance company. Brand new 0 hours no fuel ever put in the boat. The Caravelle manufacture said since the boat was not purchased in the year made ( 2007 bought in 2009) there is no warranty. The engine and outdrive are covered but the boat is not.

I purchase HEro honda PAssiom Pro in Aug. 09 in within first month battery started discharging at any time in a day. More than 5 min. never used self start button to start bike.
When asked to replace in service sdtation at ahmednagar they told it will tale 1 month to replace. This is what response to customer, neither they replace nor willing service bike in good condition. The car I rented last weekend (Oct 30, 2009) from Europcar at Cork Airport Ireland, had 2 bald front tyres and the rear tyres were'nt great either.
They deny this saying that they were 'low but road legal'...whatever that means. They did however agree to change the tyres but only 'approved their swapping out so as you would feel more confident with the tyres. 11/07/2009 The outside sign shows regular unleaded gas 87 $2.66. As I was fueling I noticed on the pump the price was $2.73. I stopped fueling went inside to let the cashier know the pump was wrong. Why did both rear wheel bearings go bad (@ 63, 000) causing replacement of them plus entire axle due to damage? Seems odd for such severe damage to have occurred with such low mileage. Ordered a new lock set for my motorbike, chased 4 weeks later, when they still hadn't sent it to me or called me to pick up. They then said that they couldn't supply it and I'd have to bring my card back in for a refund.
