On May 18, 2009, I filled out a forwarding card and handed to the clerk at the Post Office on Vermillon St/Ave in Brownsville, TX to forward mail to my Wisconsin address in Iola and it never happened. So, with that being done, it has cost me my auto insurance on a new vehicle that I purchased in June. They had been sending me bills down here in Brownsville, to which the post office never forwarded to me like they were suppose to, so I am under the thought that everything was taken care of and I had no bills to pay. People rent a car from EasyCar's online site, and they are charged for the full amount of the car rental. But, when they go to collect the car, no car is available or the reservation has been inexplicably cancelled, but the money not returned. What's worse is that because EasyCar works through suppliers, when you arrive, there is no one from EasyCar to talk with about your reservation, and the supplier only has the cancellation. We hired a car for 5 weeks and a deposit of 300 pounds was put on our visa card which was to be re credited on return of vehicle and when full payment was deducted from credit card. They failed to re credit the deposit. Upon query they said we had incurred a traffic infringement. We found this was true and paid the fine ourselves on line. I forwarded the proof of payment and a request that they now refund the deposit. No response after several emails and several months. When I entered the women's room I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Graffiti on the walls, tile pulled from the wall and floor and nasty toilet and filthy floor. This Company is the worse I have dealt with in a long time. Cars online look nothing like real deal. I started by sending their deposit, then had the balance out of my account tru paypal. They make the transaction late, while charging you $100 a day before moving on to $20 a day storage fee (once they get the balance and can no longer charge you for that) ; all the while claiming that they have not received the mailed paperwork and telling you time after time to refax it. Auto Dealerships are at an all time high with selling junk to customers. This particular dealership sells junk knowingly. When you purchase a car, they tell you to get an extended warranty, which means absolutely nothing and then want you to pay for a car that you are not getting service from.
