I bought a cheap $25 Game Boy Micro and was promised it would be mailed to me before 8/2007. Never got the item. The seller was from Ocala, Florida by the way. I negotiated with the scum bag and never got what I bought.

I'm submitting this complaint on behalf of my father-in-law Emmanuel Catania who just over a year ago (28th March 2008) bought a Getz car 5Dr and recently suffered clutch failure. Car was taken to Getz agentz in Malta for repairs and it transpired that clutch was 'burnt' out and the agent did not want to cover this under the car guarantee as they said it was his fault!

I purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue from the dealer in Melbourne FL. As a birthday present to myself. Less than 48 hours after owning it I had transmission problems. Driver charged $15.00 and change for ride from Disneyland Paradise Pier Hotel to Anaheim Train Station. The meter (which was running when he picked us up and rolled over to next price before we left the entryway) said the fare was $14.00 and the ride in the other direction to the Hotel from the train station was $10.00.
His registration number is 2689. It was a Yellow Cab and the time was around 3:00 p.m. The supervisor when called said the price was variable and he would talk to the driver. read full review »

So 2 years ago I'm in Firestone to get a wheel alignment, in a moment of weakness the Store Manager convinces me to get the 'lifetime' package. This means I should never have to pay for an alignment again & can get wheel alignment on demand (within reason I would think, once every 1-2 years...) Firestone also claims that you get lifetime tire rotation with tire purchases.

They charge $500 (ish) dollars and say that if you do not sell your vehicle within 90 days, they will refund you $400 ish (the $100 is supposed to be an advertising fee).
First of all, when I signed up with them, they said to wait for an email that would give me my login information...that never came. But I sure received the email confirmations that the money had been charged to my visa right away. There is a very rude customer service officer by the name of Andrew Lee from China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) who is so damn rude!

Second the employee Sushma has been extremely rude and disagreeable--she seems to enjoy lording her pathetic little bit of power over anyone she can oppress with it. Five minutes before I was told that I had a choice, but when I requested a change - "there is nothing available" ... you have to go back to the place that I originally checked in at the airport. I can say now confidently that buying Saab from GM was the worst decision we made with my husband so far in our lives! The car design is simply put flawed, the car is constantly breaking and each morning you are paying that your 3-year old nice looking car will start and drive you to work and hopefully back.

I left my gps in the return car slot and the attendant went to the car to get the mileage and fuel information. My gps was right there in their eyes.. they could not miss it. Two times running, I have been charged by Europecar for a tank of fuel, when both times the car was returned with a full tank, and the clerk at check-in noted it. Calls to the UK customer service desk went unanswered due to the "...high volume of calls."

I trusted them enough to send my car in for maintenance every 5, 000 miles as stated in their advertisement. This time I went in for 30, 000 mile scheduled maintenance. Since that maintenance visit, I have become more and more sure that my car is not the same one I sent into their garage. I believe that both front car seats were replaced. The women on the phone said that was unacceptable; that they needed a payment right now and onr hundred dollars was not enough. I told her that was all I would have. Again, she started on the, "we will do this if you don't pay us. Whats your bank account number? Do you have a credit card?"
