2004 Dodge Neon
flmom May 26, 2009
I went to test drive and hopefully purchase a used 2004 Dodge Neon. It was raining heavily when I arrived, but since we needed a car immediately, I asked to test drive the Neon. I asked for the keys so I could open the trunk and inspect the vehicle, but the sales associate would not give me the keys. I thought this was odd, especially when he kept trying to distract me. The young man received a phone call and told the person on the other end to wait for him because he would be right home. I had the money and was ready to purchase a vehicle, so... read full review »

2006 Lancer Ralliart aprox. 42000 KM Bought in Apr 2007 I have paint chips running up my hood, down the quarter panels, on the roof. I also have documentation stating this is a problem with the paint, not stone chips, from a qualified coatings (paint, etc.) inspector. I approached my Mitsubishi Dealer about this concern, and I was sent into the warranty process. The district manager says it is just stone chips, even though he has never officially seen the vehicle. I contacted their customer service and was told the District manager doe... read full review »

Annaville Transmission

I took my truck to Annaville Transmission. The manager of the store, Steve Faucett, said he would look at the truck. Mr. Faucett called me and said nothing was wrong. I asked him if he checked the transmission fluid and he said yes. After picking up my truck, I was driving down I-37 when the hood flew up. The following morning I questioned Mr. Faucett to make sure he had completely shut the hood. Mr. Faucett told me he never opened the hood. When I reminded Mr. Faucett that he told me on the phone that he had checked the level of the... read full review »

Although, throughout her speel of options this vehicle was supposed to have she left that part out. But she did manage to tell me that they were an aftermarket install and weren't covered under the factory warranty. However, I was under the assumption that most sensable car... read full review »

Soper BMW Lincoln
MSC May 25, 2009
Apparently BMW paint is more expensive than gold! The 'damage' in the picture cost over £200 to repair. Not only that but when queried this was the Insurance Price and as I chose not to pay by insurance but to pay myself they would have done it cheaper if they had known it was being paid personally but as they had raised the paperwork now it was tough. Insurance companies note you are being ripped off by this dealer! They would then not negotiate but rather issued court proceedings - great Customer Service Mr Fantom. read full review »

My car was making a strange noise so I took it to Pacific Motor Service in Monterey. The owner, Kevin, told me it was a serious engine problem and would cost $3200 to repair. I told him I wanted to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. He told me it was a safety issue and refused to let me have the car back. I threatened to call the police and finally he handed me the keys. I took it to another mechanic who fixed the problem for $215. The second mechanic also told me it was not an engine problem OR a safety issue at all. The... read full review »

I was due over $1, eaf6a400.00, and instead of returning the money to me, they added it as credit on my car. This was not where the money came from...nor is it where I asked it to be credited. All BP gas stations charge an extra 1.00 if you use a credit card. I wanted to buy a couple of items in the store in Garner NC and use the card one time. I was told by the clerk that I would have to swipe my card outside then come in and pay for the couple of items on a second charge, thus having my Visa charged an extra $1.00.
