Alex Molitor - Molitor Motorsports
exxxviii March 24, 2009
Alex Molitor stole $270 from me for some used parts. He never produced the parts, and he lied and stood me up several times when he promised to meet to deliver the parts. Twice, he tried to give me incorrect parts. Ultimately, he refused to refund my money. Alex runs a repair shop in Decatur, Georgia. He boasted several times about his BMW expertise and experience as a BMW technician. However, if he genuinely believed what he was telling me about the parts he had, then he is totally ignorant of BMW service. Alex advertises on eBay... read full review »

T. Fredericks March 24, 2009
February, 2007 we were strong armed into purchasing a new Hyundai Elentra when my husband and I were looking to really purchase a pre owned car. We were told that if we were to purchase this new car, it would help improve our credit rating and we could be able to trade the car in after one year. The payments for the new car were $449.41 a month and paid every month on time. with the expection of three late payments after my hysterectomy; even then, the payments were brought current with a lump sum payment of $1348. In July of 2008... read full review »

Terry Reid Kia of Cartersville
Brenda March 24, 2009
The 28th of March will be one year since I purchased a 2008 Mitsibushi Eclipse from Terry Reid Kia in Cartersville. I had a 2007 Sorento which we leased and the lease was up Dec. 1, 2008. They were aware of this at the time I purchased the eclipse. The guys there were all so nice while I was purchasing the car, Sugar wouldn't melt in their mouth. They KNEW they shouldn't take the Sorento because of the lease but I was assured that they would take care of the remainder of payments, It would not be a problem as long as I purchased the... read full review »

SpeeDee Oil Change
Thomas March 24, 2009
Quick oil changes used to cost $17. At SpeeDee it starts at $34.99 and they charged me and extra $12 for extra oil and a "special" filter. I drive a Toyota Rav4 which is a very popular car but they did not have the courtesey to tell me about the upcharges. Their lame excuse is that oil costs $5.00 a quart which is a blatant lie. This was bulk oil, not synthetic. Oh, that would have been another $40.00. The best part is that it took 65 minutes to do this service with the tech taking time to talk to his girlfriend, order lunch and then eat it while I waited. This was 3:30 PM so I should have expected it. The attitude was pathetic. read full review »

Henry Curtis Ford Mercury
Bob March 24, 2009
I purchased a 2006 Ford Mustang GT from Henry Curtis Ford in Petaluma CA. In the agreement I signed, they were to put racing stripes on it. They sent it to Maaco on Commercial Ave in Santa Rosa and they did a really poor job. The stripe edges are not smooth (poor appearance and thick rough edges), there was dirt in the paint (rough), they didnt sand it (will start chipping within a couple of years) and there is overspray all over my rims. I have taken it to 3 body shops in Santa Rosa and got estimates to fix it but it is a lot more to fix... read full review »

Sonny March 24, 2009
I agree with the person who wrote the report to begin with. I just recently purchased a car from Wholesale Outlet Group (whom i wish i would have just went somewhere else). First off, they tried to completely steal my trade from me and thank god my boyfriend was there because he just traded in his car (same one, 1000 miles more than what i had on mine) so he knew what his got appraised at. They didn't want to budge from 3500 less than what he got for his. He then began to tell them the deal that he got and said that if we don't get... read full review »

We ordered the parts. The company said fast shipping. Order it through google check out. Ordered on a Saturday. Thought by Monday we would see some sort of activity. Nothing. Tuesday. Nothing. I sent an email. No response. Wednesday No shipping or email response. I looked for a phone number. Found one, with their address, for another company. That company said they get calls all the time. I found the 888 number and I get 'leave a message and we will get back to you.' So, called my credit card company and had them dispute and stop the payment. I thought through google check out, it would be legit. It's not. read full review »

Hertz Rental cars
churchyk March 23, 2009
I reserved a car with a estimated quote of $37.49/day for 2 days. When I picked up the car, the cost was going to be $385. When I questioned the amount I was told by the agent that it included $200 which would be credited to my card when I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car and got my receipt, the receiving agent told me that the $200 would be credited directly to my card. Needless to say, I never received the credit and when I contacted Hertz, they claimed my car rental rate was $150.49 a day! It is a complete misrepresentation and a rip off. read full review »
