Purchased vehicle 1 year ago and still have temp registration sticker --- What do I do now!!! Who can I call? When you call PENNDOT and leave a message noone ever returns the call. When I request a new temp sticker they send it right through the mail and I have it in a few days. Jaden's Auto Works hands were wide open when I went there with cash and now I have a car with no title that I want to get rid of?? How do you do this with no title.. My recent experience with this car rental company... I have booked & used the car over the weekend 6-9 March 2009 in Brisbane . I have picked it up at the airport on Friday 6 March ’09 and was given a condition report which had a couple of scratches mentioned in the Existing Damage section. I’ve noticed both scratches before driving the car and even pointed out one of them (a big scratch with peeled paint on the front bumper) to my partner who was travelling with me at that time. I bought a gopro camera and a couple of electronic automotive guages for my porsche. When i ordered the items they said that they had the best prices and later i found out they were about 40% higher than if i would have bought direct. Misleading warranty. They only allowed 11.8 hours to replace an engine that takes every bit of 20 hours to replace. You think your deductible is $100.00 until they don't pay for tear downs, fluids, etc. etc. You pay good money for what you think is a warranty, and then they try every way to not pay, or pay next to nothing. They covered less than half of the total due from the repair shop. When you call, they will get rude with you, and tell you you should have bought a better warranty plan. read full review »

I took my Civic in for some maintenance. The man apparently could not fully diagnose the problem with the car. I knew I had something wrong with emissions because the warning light was on. He called and told me for 600 bucks he'd change out some parts, but couldn't be sure that would fix the problem. So I'm stuck, if I have him fix the parts, and something else is wrong, no telling how much more money that is going to cost. We puirchased 2 new cars in 2008. We purchased a 2008 Camry and a 2008 Corolla. I toll the Camry to a authorized Toyota dealership Dick Milham in Easton Pa for the ist oil change at 3, 000 miles. They did not put the plug back on the oil pan and my oil leaked all over the bottom of the car. Thank God I was not on the highway with my Wife and Kids. They were very rude and cared less for a dealership that just sold me 2 cars totalkling the 2nd biggest investment in my life. Warranty America is disorganized and has poor customer service. After a year, they still don't recognize my policy number. The first excuse was that it was a new type of policy. It takes at least 1/2 hour to talk to a rep. I bought the top level policy, but it doesn't pay anything near the going rates. I will never buy a used car again. read full review »

I needed to get a smog check on my car(BMW). The service engine light of my car goes on and off because I needed to get an oil change. I figured I could get the smog now and the oil change later due to time constraints. Well, after getting the Smog Check, MR HARRY(not so HERO), went ahead and did the SMOG, little did I know it wasn't going to pass because of the service engine light. I had taken my 2005 Chevrolet Malibu for service, under warranty, to the above company business name. The car was running the battery down. It was taken into them 2 maybe 3 times for that problem. I got some lame excuse that the cars are designed to be driven and since I was not driving it 50 miles a week the battery would run low. I am from Sri Lanka. I am a customer who bought a brand new Corolla 141 model car which has send Sri Lanka. We have been informed that the fuel consumption rate of the above vehicle will be around 12-13 km per liter, at the time of placing the order. Since our decision of purchase is more on the fuel consumption rate we placed the order. But after we received the vehicle we realized that the actual rate is only around 7-8 km per liter. So I rented a Penske truck for my move from Oceanside, CA to San Diego, CA. I thought I would change it up and use this rental company since they speak so highly of themselves. The service manager there was no way they caused the problem that I hit something. I argued that I did not hit anything and my car was fine before I took it into their service department. All County Towing towed my car. The building association suspended the contract with the towing company and specifically told them to avoid our building. I have a notorized letter from the board of directors stating that the tow company had no right to be on the property. All County Towing is out of control. I bought a 1999 Dodge Avenger, it has been back several times for service including the power windows stopped working, they driver rotor was bad, they caused the SRS light to come on, the engine start skipping and not wanting to start, the check engine light was flashing, the sunroof came loose and more. This last time when I went and picked up the vehicle it broke down in less than fifteen minutes from leaving the dealer. When I planed to buy a car, I used autotrade.com but it came out, I only wasted my time. So many dealers put cars not exist or tell you the lower price only for online. Then they tried to sale you crap cars you were not interested. Really a big big waste of time. My car has 30k miles, when I went for the Inspection sticker, I was told my car failed the Inspection, becasue I needed 4 new tires. This is a very shady car dealership! I brought a car that was way overpriced from them. The brakes were bad, all four tires and the battery needed to be replaced, the CD player did not work, and the headlights went out within one week of purchase.
