I had taken my Armada in to have the air conditioner looked at. The AC was shutting off randomly then came on when I restarted the car. It was only the front air condition that was messing up, the back air never stopped blowing. They did call and tell me they had to take off the overhead console to look at wiring. When they tried to remove it, it had been glued on in the front. I told them it was okay to remove the console as long as it did not do anymore damage. I have 1999 Cadilla Seville SLS. Car stopped running since January 2011. I took the car to local auto shop to get it repaired. However, the mechanic found the car problem related to the part available through Cadillac dealer only. The car got transport to Cadillac dealer for repair on February. Parts got back order and waiting game begun ever since.
Parts on back order is "Theft deterrent module"
Each week, I called to check status of back order.

This was my first and last visit to this dealership for service.
The cost to perform the scheduled service was $100 more than I was quoted for the same service from another dealership. $176 for labor? Seriously?
I should have walked out then and there but I thought I would give them a chance. I may have felt better about it if there was some evidence that they actually did anything. Sadly there is more evidence against it.

Bought a used vehicle advertised at a certain mileage as verified by CarFax and Odometer Disclosure Statement provided by dealer. Prior to taking ownership odometer was not functional, but assumed to be correct based on the above docuemntation. These people were extremely rude to me whenever I called and they failed to report to my credit report as they promised. Promise to fix but never did.
I purchased a vehicle from this company in February of 2009. At the time I had a really bad credit history and Sbilene Used Motors were the only ones that would finance me for a car. Arco charges it's customers $ .45 every time we want to use our debit card at their gas stations. When asked, Arco says the charge is for processing and the convenience of not dealing with, or going into, the store, and wait in line for your receipt. The problem is that there is never paper in the cash machines so you must go inside and wait in line to get your receipt. Where is the convenience in this????

I strongly recommend - DO NOT do business with Autobahn Motorcars in Fort Worth. Through the internet, I bought a car from Autobahn Motorcar Group. I was told by the sales person, Mike Greenfeder, that the car had been inspected and was in beautiful condition and did not need any repairs. I paid J&J Automotive 293.00 to replace a timing belt in feb. of last year and this week I am having my machanic to do some work and he discovered that the timing belt is the original belt. The repairs were never done. From what my machanic says he probably just tightened up the belt. I hired Ford Fiesta at Inverness Arport for 2 days. It had only 2700 miles, but already several scratches and dents.
I had no accident and I always stopped the car on empty parking. I returned it at the airport at 7 am when the office was not oppened and I threw the keys in the basket. After one week I receved a bill for 360 EUR because I supposed to produce small dent on right door. They send me two images of damage, but you can not see any new damage. Don't take your car to AutoScope in Plano, I had power steering pump replaced on my BMW in Dec 2010 for $900, after few weeks, I noticed it was leaking from the hose under the reservoir, since the repair supposedly has 36k or 12 months warranty, I took my car back to get it fixed, they asked for another $650, saying that the leak is from hoses that they did not replace, they are dishonest and a rip-off. read full review »

I have purchased Prado GLX 2007 model car. Within 3y6 month usage (75K, km) air-condition evaporator leakage occurred. Definitely I strongly believe, it is material defect. Now M/S Dyana trade charging me AED2000/. I had Nissan pathfinder with me used 9years without any major problems. Only consumable replacement made like, brake pad, liner, fan belt, battery and tyre. I bought one of your mini cobra four wheeler bikes and it took 2 hours to start up the first time then it refused to start again. I tried putting new gas in. Me and my husband were at getgo today and the pump was shut off on us. I had $1.50 off a gal. (allowed up to 30 gal.). The reason the employee gave us is that after I filled up my car, my husband then began to fill up a gas can he retreived from the back of his truck. She said that is not allowed. Only the vehicle getting the gas can fill up a gas can. RIDICULOUS!!! I simply didn't want the smell of gas in my trunk. Where do I start? The rude office people? The rude maintenance people? How about the fact that management had carpet installed at 8:30am above my head without notifying me in advance? That seems like a good place to start. Problems started with the upstairs apartment within the first couple of months. It seems we were one of their victims too. They lowball the quote with no idea how they're even going to tow the car. They report they have it listed for towing but so many cars are coming out of Fla now that they can't guarantee when it will be picked up.
