I recently made a complaint about hyundai dispicable customer service and there terrible lemon cars. I took it off because they said theyd trade in my lemon car but now they want 2, 400.00 for miles used. Why should I pay this when Im already financing 18, 000.00. Hello, I am Ms. Manali. I drive a 2000 Chevy Cavalier Convertible. I had an issue with my car not being able to start in mid April. I took the car to "Don Hewlett" located in Georgetown. I got a good service and was charged $423 as I replaced the alternator with a non-GM alternator. I was told that there is a 12 month warranty. I keep reading the complaints about these idiots at Lester Glenn. Nothing in the world worst then Zina. The service manager. She and her henchmen will do anything to avoid honoring a warrenty. It always takes threatening a lawsuit to get these crooks to do what's right by the customer. As for the Krashauer they like that Zina saves them money by cheating customers on service. I bought a car through a Capital One Auto Finance 2 & a half years ago. In good standing. A few months ago they sold or gave my account to another company owned by them. Ever since that company has had my account, even though my payments still go to Capital One, I start receiving harrassing phone calls on my cell phone (only one I have) BEFORE my grace period is even up for my payment. Hello, It's an awful experience with the Budget Car Rental at MIA. I rented a Chrysler Sebring on May 24 and return it in same day. I called this branch lot of times by phone (305)871-2722 and (305)874-4226 after I found that I left my Magellan 4250 GPS left on the car's windshield with a charger, pouch and a tripod in the sideconsole, but no body answer the phone. SC Parts took my bank card details and charged my card for the goods I ordered. They promised delivery next day and indeed I paid for the next day service. I never received the goods from SC Parts and now I have lost over £2000 and having to go to court to recover this. I have heard the same stories now from many people who dealt with SC parts group. They once had a good reputation but now they are apparently a company to avoid, making promises and in my opinion giving false information. Avoid SC Parts is my advice ! read full review »

A couple of months ago my windshield was broken by rock on the highway. I had the windshield replaced through my insurance company - who uses Safelite (the Largo, FL office). I've had one other windshield replaced by them and another repaired, they did ok work. Sells cars with fake warranty documents and won't honor any claims even though the repairs were approved by them. the phone number on the warranty card is bogus and the warranty is a fake self funded GUARANTEE scheme, saving them from any service costs under the warranties conditions. My husband & I purchased the Valet Remote Start/Alarm system from ABC in October, 2004 for$318.--which included a 5-year warranty plus. My husband and I purchased a brand new Odyssey Van in June 2006. Absolutely love the van. We have had no problems until we realized our air conditioner wasn’t working recently in May 2008. Our van only has 24, 000 miles on it. I called Fairfield Performance Honda service and was told if it is a rock that damaged the condenser it is not covered. The catalytic converter has gone at 19000 km. I'm, told this should not be the case and that VWGI should replace it for me. They don't want to know and only 50% of the part and none of the labour will be covered by the dealers. Skoda's customer care don't want to cooperate and are passing the book.
