Valero
May 25, 2008
I'm writing this post after the worst experience I've ever had in a retail establishment. 11.06.06 I visited the Valero on FM 518 in League City. I needed to get gas and to save my cash I decided to use my visa debit card. I knew for a fact that there was money in the acct, (I had just made a balance inquiry at bank when I withdrew the cash I did have on hand). After swiping my card the pump said 'please see cashier' Now mind you I stop at this store everyday to buy a soda and my cigarettes. Everyday it is the same rude... read full review »

Valero Gas Station
May 25, 2008
On 5/17/2008 my son and I stopped by Valero to fuel up our dirt bikes. In the process we always fill a can or two as extra gas for the trip. On this occasion we had an empty 5 gallon can. A brand new can, clearly labeled 5 gallons, U.S... We pumped the 91 octane premium on pump # 10. We were buying this fuel @ $4.12.9 per gallon. When the pump rolled past the 5 gallon mark, then 5.2, then 5.3... I actually looked over the can to see if it had a hole. The pump continued until 6.042 gallons. It clicked off then with the nozzle pushed down into... read full review »

I had an accident on 17 April 2008. A R.A.M. courier driver sped through a red robot and collided with my vehicle and sent me spinning. My vehicle was written off a week later and I am STILL waiting for MFC to de-register the vehicle so that the insurance can settle the car and I can buy a new one!!! The insurance company want the de-registration papers first and MFC wont de-register the vehicle until the Insurance have settled it. In the meantime, I dont have transport and am still liable for the payments for a vehicle that was been written off!!! read full review »

Volkswagen Passat
May 22, 2008
I purchased a 2006 Passat in October 2006. Since that time, I have had my car in the shop 9 times, including right now. I have had several engine and transmission issues, as well as radio, AC, and electrical problems. My issues seem to be temporarily fixed at the time I take the car in, but re-surface shortly after. I am completely unsatisfied with the service I have received and will never own another Volkswagen vehicle or recommend one to anyone I know. read full review »

Car doctor
May 22, 2008
Malpractice! The car doctor took 4 months to replace my motor and this being my only work vehicle; they damaged my business. However, I was willing to overlook the exorbitant price of $6, 000.00 when they returned my truck. To my shock and dismay the motor blew w/ less than a 1, 000 miles on the new motor and with a unconditional one year warranty, I assumed the car doctor(GILBERT) would make good on it. Imagine how I felt when I went there this morning to check on the progress and was told they wouldn't fix it and Josh, Gilbert's main guy was combative. This will make television. read full review »

I bought a demo car from them and their favorite line is "Don't worry about it, we will take care of it." I bought the paint protection, when I picked it up there were dead bugs on the front fender. When I asked about it, Tony (after sales manager) said "It was a honest mistake" I told him it was poor quality, and his response was "if thats the way you look at it." They didn't have the navigation CD for the car, they ordered one and it didn't work. We also got the Scotchgard and they said it they... read full review »

Weseloh Chevrolet
May 21, 2008
On 5/18 the glass on the driver side mirror on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe was broken. I called the Weseloh and asked how much to repair the glass. Eugene in the service dept looked up my VIN number and told me the part would be $90.00 and the labor $48.00. I brought the car in on the 19th. That is where i ran into Gilbert. Without even looking up the part, he told me that the part alone would be $450.00. I told him that was absurd he said the price was high because of the turn signal on the mirror. I then told him that Eugene had quoted me $90 for... read full review »

I drove down, a 85 mile trip to look at this vehicle. I thought it was perfect and since I had made my father drive me all the way there, I felt pressured into buying it. My friend responded to an ad on Swapalease for Ez Source Leasing to confirm the terms of a 36 month lease with specific payments and a down payment. When the lease arrived the terms were different, and the length of the lease was 63 months. She was told this was a 'flex' lease and when she wanted to investigate was told they would cancel her contract and keep her money. If you have had similar problems with Ez Source Leasing, I encourage you to contact the Costa Mesa Police Department and the Better Business Bureau.
