I would not do business with Russ Darrow ever. First of all, my dealings started with Russ Darrow when I saw the commercials that guaranteed if you made a if you had $99 down they would finance a new car for you regardless of credit. This company has been withholding the registration documents for my car so that I can not get the required tags. They charge 100USD to give me the papers, even though these were already paid for. They did not get back to me before the temporary tag ran out and every time I have contacted them by email/phone they have completely ignored me. I took my car in to have my oil changed in November 2007. During the course of driving I noticed my oil was leaking, so I took it to a Ford dealership to see if I had an oil leak. I am 45 minutes away from this place and was "lucky" enough to have to deal with them only because Allstate Motor Club sent them to my home because my car would not start. 21st Century Insurance are crooked and deceitful! I received my new insurance bill for my 2003 vehicle to find that my insurance had been raised $252 for 6 month period, which is $504 a year. I have been insured with 21st century Crooked Insurance for over 7 years. I have no tickets or accidents and have been a loyal and good client. This is disgusting and a number of other profane words. I have a one year old Nissan Sentra around 18000 miles. A sensor light came on the dash of my car. I called the local Nissan Dealership to ask how to reset the light. I was told to put 35 pounds of pressure in my tires and if the light did not go out bring into the dealership. I had my tires inflated to correct pounds of pressure but light would not go out. A padillas enterprises truck was taken to this shop for an air condition problem. The problem was fixed and was paid for the reparation. Some how they crash the whole front of the truck and cumings were hiding the insident trying to get cowardly away with it. the damages according to a two different body estimators, exceed the 4,500 dollars. In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery.they are not lifting the telephone also, after reaching there for booking of a cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. After next 10 days when we book our gas it normally takes 15 days or more to receive a gas. AAMCO charged me $100 to do a transmission fluid flush and I found out that they didn't do the work!!! I purchased a new E320 in 2003. I am very disappointed with one aspect of this car. In approximately four and half years, its climate control system has failed five times. I do put about 20k miles per year. But this car has its climate control system failing about every 20K miles. Having taken our credit card details, Europcar helped themselves to an extra days rental fee. They sent us an invoice claiming that we had collected the car whilst still flying over Belgium and returned the car more than a day late when we'd been home for nearly a day! Europcar are stonewalling and lying to our Credit Card company who don't seem to be trying too hard for us. Having scoured the internet it seems that kind of practice is widespread within Europcar. I have had my 2000 malibu for four years now. Since I bought my malibu I have had nothing, but problems with it. Found a 'too good to be true' bike for sale. An $8,000 bike being sold for $2500. The seller states that he is in Alaska on an oil rig with no phone contact available. He sends an email stating that the bike is currently held with SHIP-AMERICAN, a holding company. You are then told that you will need to send the money via Western Union to London England. My daughter bought 4 tires from Belle Tire in November of 2006. 14 month later the front two tires are defective and need replacing -- Belle Tire told her it was her fault because the car needed alignment and tire rotation.
