The coach from JHB to DBN supposed to leave at 19h45 from Midrand depot, only arrived in Midrand at 21h00. The parking lot was completely slippery. I stopped at this store and pumped 26 gallons of diesel fuel into my 2004, 25oo Dodge Ram pickup on 2/4/11 at about 4:00pm.I pulled out of the parking lot and my truck cut off about 500 feet from the store . They charge hundreds for their "safety check". After you agree on a price, they add this on. The problem is...they don't do safety checks. My back tire was damaged, the rear brakes were shot, and when I pointed this out a week later (after they said the bike had been through an extensive safety checkup) they did nothing. Don't trust them. The "safety checks" are just a note on a form so that they can con you out of more money. My daughter was driving my Explorer the other day when it started leaking fuel. We had it towed to the dealership 2 miles away. The fuel filter connector had come loose. No big deal, right? Well, the clip was broken so the only solution was to replace the fuel line. A quick search showed no clip was available for a '99. They had to drop the tank and replace the line. $759.00!! Although I reside in Charlotte NC I listed the location of the complaint in the city where I purchased the car, Marietta Georgia. The Saturn Vue company which is GM should be litigated. This company advertises specifically to women. The idea behind this shop is that they are an honest place women can go to have their cars serviced/repaired. Most women feel they get ripped off when going to auto shops because they don't know what they need and places over charge for unnecessary services. I had an minor accident - tail light. Insurance paid for damages - Herts still collected Adm fees and others for $200 after getting $450 in damages. Thieves! They were not willing to give Fleet utilization log to the insurance company which was willing to pay the fees provided Hertz could prove the log to prove that they lost revenue due to the damage and had no other cars to rent.
