We were having difficulty finding a part for our Kia. All the local parts houses had the wrong part. We called Kia Depot AKA kiacarparts.net. They have a listing in our local yellow pages. These guys are the worst, even before the events of today, I've been burned by these guys. Not too long ago I was locked out of my car, with no cash, cell phone in car, and just my AAA card. These guys show up, unlock my car, tell me the price, and I hand the AAA card. Guy replies the cost is $90 for his 30 seconds of work and they don't honor AAA. I took my car to Jones Hyundai service deprtment to inspect my Hyundai for a steering problems. He informed me that I had a steering hose leakage. He also informed me I badly needed brake pads, an all wheel alignment, and a battery. The pre-estimate was $600.00 plus. Hey Everyone, Be careful where you decide to spend your hard earned money. I bought a go-kart for my son for Christmas; however, we have had numerous issues with county imports from the beginning. I was charged by the company, Davies Ford "quicklane" car repair servicew for an estimate to make repairs to the engine, which took one and a halfhours for an engine mount, and a water pump. the total estimated bill is $100.12. The total of the estimate to make the repairs will be $950.00 at a rate of $84.95 @hour. This included the unauthorized estimated check on tires, battery, and brakes.I told them that i couldn't afford to pay for the repair in full, and asked if i could make payments. Hi I was charged for a full tank of gas (on a re-fill when returning the motor vehicle in Nice, France - National Car Rentals). We were unable to fill the tank up as the petrol station broke down - however we were able to full the tank 95% full. Avis offers to fill your tank with gas at approximately the going rate $3.20 (in sf) when you return their rentals. Sounds like a convenience, but beware! The contract states that you will be charged for a FULL tank of gas regardless of how much is in the tank when you return it! in my case with a chevy impala the cost was over $60, even though i returned it with more than 1/2 tank of gas in the car.
