When my mother bought her car in 2007 - she was refused live insurance. My dad was put in a home in 2010. We went to the local ford dealer for help to reduce payment amounts or buy back the car - to no avail. My mother passed away on Jan 02, 2011. Again I went to the ford dealer for help - to no avail. I have driven and owned a ford for 30 years and just bought a 2010 F150 in October. The ford service is great, but they wont get my money or business anymore either because of the incosiderate behavior portrayed by the dealership. My next vehicle will be a Dodge and I will encourage anyone that I can to not purchase a FORD product. read full review »

I've been reading on this website about the problem with Scion tC trunk handle panels breaking off, after mine did the day after Christmas while visiting friends in my hometown. It was a cold evening, and when I pressed on the handle latch the whole panel came off and was hanging from the back. It was too cold for me to tinker with it in the parking lot of a pub late in the evening, and I've since duct-taped the thing to the back of my car. I had two payments left on my previous Subaru contract, so, I leased a new car from Maple Shade Mazda in Maple Shade, NJ and was told my previous car lease would be paid off as part of the sales negotiation. Well, it wasnt and now I have two separate car payments this month. my toyota innova E diesel 2005 (mileage is 65000km) very gd condition but on the 4th year up to now. we ordered a 110 four wheeler for my seven year old son for christmas put the wheeles and handle bars on even changed the oil.Leaks huge amounts of gas (the whole tank in about 2 hours) from the fuel filter and the carborater.There sales rep also told us it can be governed down to 5 miles an hour and is definitley not the case when you govern it down you have to push it to get it going and then once it starts moving if you turn the wheels it stops also if you keep the wheels straight it will build speed up to 20 mph governed down.The remote... read full review »

bought in may a reman transmission for my 02 sebring and right off the bat had a big leak in the pan cause all the bolts were stripped. I had them repaired, transmission planet said they would reimburse and I never heard from them until my credit card disputed with them then the money show'd up. it turns out they changed hands after I bought the transmission. Recently I had another leak from selnoid gasket and again I tried to contact them to find out they are out of business with no further contact info on the warrenty. it's a little late now but if you find them under another business name don't do business with them. read full review »

Beginning in the beginning of December, I began to have odd noises coming from under the car whenever I made left hand turns, as well as hesitation coming from the engine between apx. 25-40 MPH. His customer service is horrible. We cannot get ahold of him to pick up the bike and he never called us to let us know that the repairs were finished with a final bill. In fact, it has been over 8 months trying to get in contact with him and we STILL have not received a call back!! I took my truck in for a routine oil change at Canadian Tire as I have for the past 10 + years. The oil I use in my truck is from off the self and not an option in their computer (GTX 5 20). I did accidentally grab the wrong weight of oil, in fact I grabbed the 20 50; I brought it to the counter and waited for the sale/service staff to acknowledge me; I might add that he was a new hire, 3 weeks. My vehicle has been to Action Ford Constantia over 10 times for the same problem. My little 1.3 bantam has never been right since day one. I have an idling problem that apparently cannot be fixed!!! They have accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle when my car has been with them, and I really believe that they have tried to come to the party, but I think there workshop lacks the skills to fix the problem. Action Fords solution to the problem is for me to buy a new vehicle, which will cost me thousands of Rands. I cannot afford a new vehicle, and they have given up on the problem. These thieves stole my van from me under the guise of Wisconsin law. They never got any approval for any services, they towed my vehicle, told me they could fix it, held it for three weeks and finally told me they were too incompetent to fix it.
