I just finished a purchase of an investment property in Las Vegas and the loan process was a complete disaster! My loan officer was great, however, once my rate was locked, I never spoke to him again and I was handed off to the processing department. I filled out an application for a different company but this PDL resources started taking $17.97 nearly a year ago. Due to misscommunication with my bank it took this long to get a phone number for them. The bank also was able to get a reference number for me.These withdrawals are all electronic debits with phony check numbers.
