WageWorks for two years in a row has received a faxed claim from me on 3/31 but claimed it was illegible. 3/31 is the last date you can submit a claim from the previous year. So, they wait a month and then send a letter saying that the claim was illegible, and to re-send it. So, I immediately re-send, but then, of course, they say that the claim is too late. Thus, I lose out on MY money, I guess perhaps because they are too lazy to process claims, which they are in business to do. read full review »

This is a check scam that wants you to deposit money into your account, send them a check from you while you keep 12% of the deposit. Then the deposits you have made do not clear and you are out your own money. This is a total scam!! I usually can spot these but this slipped past me from a job posting on Craigs List in Chicago. We are $2500.00 delinquent on our fully paid timeshare with Orange Lake, we have been trying to unload this time share for a year or two but no luck. I've had nothing but problems since I moved here in Jan.08. The apartment was not ready when I moved in. One of the first things I asked before I moved in was if they had spiders and scorpians. Someone at work told me there was a free directory assistance number 18003733411. I called from my cellphone, they asked me for a city, state and business name. There was no disclosure of any obligation to a subscription for using this service. Had leak in apartment above bath tub for three weeks and still counting. Requested service three weeks ago when leak was first spotted. Maintenance showed up a couple of time and both times have said that they could not do anythin until thye are able to get into the apartment upstairs. This company is a HUGE scam. After agreeing to the "free" trial of Pure Acai Berry, I was shipped another bottle and billed $74.95. I spoke to a customer support person(that's a joke) who said that I could return the unopened bottle for a full credit and that my account would be cancelled. For a few months, I would receive calls from this particular number. It was all times of the day. I work at night, so I sleep in the day. They would not leave any messages. I could hear several people talking in the background, and it would go on until the recorder ran out of time. I totally agree with you. I called in today "Beaveton Keybank" in Oregon.. to just check what my checking account balance was and this rude lady named Cheryl answered the phone.
