They advertised a Wii remote using a picture of an official remote. I purchased this and after some time (albeit we had bad snow) it arrived, but was an unofficial remote. I complained to them - they were very apologetic and offered me a refund. I sent it back recorded delivery and have never been refunded. I have chased many times to no avail. I bought a Samsung SL420 Digital camera and two weeks after I got it It would not register on my computer so that I could move pictures to it and it would also would not charge via computer or wall charger. The camera uses that same connection port for both. On December 17th, a large tree fell and pulled the mast for the electrical wires off of the side of our house. 240 volts of electricity was supplied to all of our electrical devices. I got my vacuumn in Nov. of 2009, even when I got it I didn't really see anything special about it like the commercial advertised but I decided to give it a try. Have had this portable baseboard for several years. At first, it worked as advertised. Then, the thermostat gave out and I called for service. Three weeks ago I purchased a GE blender. It was the most expensive blender on the shelf($70). I thought I was getting a quality product. After using it only three times it broke. Asurion supplied a Palm Treo 755 to replace a lost Treo 700p from Verizon. The 755 came without the necessary cables to load the data from my computer. Every time I restarted it, it was necessary to enter a password before the phonr could be used. A long series of problems resulted from my purchase of an HP laptop. First to go was the battery, almost immediately. This is not unique to my computer. I have several friends with HP laptops and they all last between 1 and 3 minutes running off the battery with the cord unplugged, so rather I guess I have a lightweight desktop, since it is no longer portable. I purchased a brand new Philips telephone. Right from when I opened the box the 2 (yes 2, not just 1!) handsets didn't work. After about 5 - 10 minutes of use, they simply die. Sometimes they die almost immediately upon turning them on. My wife is so nervous that we won't be able to reach emergency services if something goes wrong and we can't find our cell phone.
