I replied to your ad for a Panasonic TC-P50G10 tv during the week of 12/13/09. The tv was advertised for $1299.99. I was told that it was a misprint which is hard to believe when it was in the weekly flyer and on the internet during the whole week. I had a horrible experience dealing with Electrobrands. After ordering an Olympus 8000 camera through their company, I never heard anything back. I contacted the company, and was told the item was on backorder, and they had no idea when they would receive more. While this was annoying, this wasn't the part that really irritated me - the customer service agent emailing me about my order was extremely sarcastic and rude. I bought a pc game on 12/29/2009 and was not informed that I could not return it until after I had made the purchase. Note that nothing on the receipt says pc games are non returnable. The game I purchased would not install. I took it back and asked for an exchange. They basically said they couldn't because I could have written down the code (stealing the code). I purchased an e-machine from Wal-Mart, which is a rebadged Acer. The box, and computer appeared in perfect shape, so I wrapped it and put in under the tree for my wife. I ordered a MP3 player from Zetronix Corp in Massachusetts in August of this year. The player worked fine but when I was traveling the SD card slot on the player stopped working. I informed the company and I was told to return it for a replacement. I sent the player back and after an extended period I received the replacement. I bought their V2 Premier computer off of ShopNBC and have had nothing but trouble with it. They will not stand behind their product at all and now I can't even download the drivers I need to update my computer. It is a piece of junk that cost twice as much as a regular computer would cost. I purchased a battery which was incorrectly advertised on the website of West Coast Power as being a replacement for battery model EV12. This is not true as the battery I received was a 6-cell battery, not a 12-cell as the EV12 is.
