Well I sent everything necessary to get this full price and then after they receive my equipment they claim things were missing and the quality was not correct and reduce your price. I bought this HP Mini in 08/2009 and it is now 11/2009. Since then, the Realtek Card Reader hardware program has mysteriously disappeared. It functioned when I first used the HP. I've been through so much with the HP support people and have asked if I might send it back since it's still under warrenty, but they continue to have me do the same progam retrieval processess over and over. In addition, one of the keys on the keyboard popped off.
