I am having airtel lifetime plan for the past several years and the tariff for the same is for SMS-10 paise and for calls 1.00 Re; now as per the advertisement by airtel I have subscribed Rs64 to get the calls at 1 paise per second; but to my shock the sms charges also changed to 50 paise which is not at all mentioned in their advertisement anywhere; when I contacted the customer care they said it is wrongly deducted and hereafter it will charge only 10 paise for sms; but it continues to charge 50 paise per sms; but when again I contacted the customer care they abruptly disconnect their services please tell me remedies my mobile number is 919894490432 read full review »

I made a purchase thru Classic Closouts.com about two months ago for $140.00 and still to this day I have not received my merchandise nor a refund. I have sent several email messages to the company because I cannot find a number to contact them. I am going to file with the Better Business Burea and Amazon.com also. In December of 2008 I bought my husband a Nucool compact refrigerator. This is used to keep his insulin within reach for him. About three weeks ago it stopped cooling. I have talked to three of your customer service people who say since I can not produce the receipt they will not do anything. I bought a RO system from Eureka Forbes 2 years back. Almost monthly it is getting into problems. They give a new reason every time. They forced me to accept an AMC, but never bother to turn up for service. Whenever a problem arises, they quote exclusion clauses everytime and charge. I first bought 1 x 1Gb RAM from this company for my MacBook Pro but then decide that 2 x 2 Gb would work better and ask to exchange my first bought items.
