We purchased a new computer and tried to transfer the game to the new computer and it would not install. We tried to do the on-line recovery of our purchase and it would not accept it. These tx-based Mozook ringtones coming all too frequent and devouring my load faster than my calls and SMS. I cannot even open it because when I try to open it, it says "subcribe to packet data first". One ringtone a year is enough, not everyday which does not even open automatically and needs another subscription to open it. I'm sure there more people who feel cheated by these rimgtones. I bought a laptop, which started losing functionality almost immediately. First the touchpad, then the whole USB system. I called customer support, and they told me I had to reinstall the OS before they would do anything. I went through several cycles of calling for support, and reinstalling Windows (without any assistance from them).
