I brought a battery for my laptop computer from Aeon Corp. The battery was defective out of the box and would not charge. Aeon corp sent me many emails asking me for information that seemed irrelevant to me, possibly as a stalling tactic. I provided the information. When they had not explanation as to why their product didn't work, I asked for a refund. They promised a refund but asked me to send back the battery and tell them the tracking number. I returned the battery but the company claims they didn't receive it and they haven't given me a refund. I checked google and found many complaints of similar problems from other people. read full review »

i am an account holder with cell c and has been so for the past 13 months. i have received only two billing statements in this period which i have received jan/feb 2008. i'm afraid i pay an account but i do not have any proof...i also do not have a voicemailbox on my phone and has checked the settings millions of time activated it but all in vain. read full review »

Jan 1st 2009, my Kstyler would no longer turn on. I called customer service and a supervisor answered the phone (WOW!) She was very nice and told me to send the flat iron back with a check for $19.99 for warranty replacement. She said that I would receive my new one in 7-10 days. I sent the package back 'certified' through the post office. The company received it on Jan 12th, 2009. I called customer service around the 26th to find out where my replacement was. The run-around and the problem I am having with Cosco and Hewlett Packard is not to be believed.

Randy Lipnitz, owner, was engaged to fix home network, did unauthorized work, installed 'old' technology, charged hundreds more than represented. Network did NOT work, had to be reconfigured by another firm. Randy's equipment was returned, he became beligerant, hostile, yelling in the street, threatening. Would not honor guarantees. I bought an HP Dekjet all-in-one printer 22nd Jan 2009. While trying to load the software supplied it came up with 'Fatal Installation Error'. I filled in the form given on the software and spent 2 weeks emailing backwards and forwards with HP USA who did try and help without success but did keep informing me that it had been passed on to a Regional Support Team. After being faithful with my updates and doing the required scans I caught the Brisv.Alinf Trojan and so I went to them and down loaded the supposed fix for the problem . I then proceeded to run the fix on all the user areas and found the fix could not find the virus.

Ordered a low price TV, but was told that they only have it in stock in packages (i.e. if you spend a few hundred dollars extra for an extended warranty and a few cables), and that my order "might ship next month" otherwise. A few months ago this "spyware guard " kept popping up on my computer telling me I had all kinds of viruses and worms that were an immediate threat to my computer. It would NOT go away no matter what I tried. I went ahead and purchased a 1 year protection @ 49.95. Then when it scanned and removed those "threats" it has no longer detected any. Let me recount my first and most definitly my LAST experience with this pathetic company.
I bought a Hitachi CP-X885W Replacement Lamp [OEM EQUIVALENT] on a Tuesday and paid for 2 day shipping. The sales representative, Grant Rinehart, assures me it will arrive on Friday. I needed the lamp by the weekend so that worked out great.

Absolutely pathetic service i ordered replacement power supply for my computer with UPS Next Air Day delivery for UK and today is 02nd of Feburary 09 and still i did'nt receive my order and i have paid extra $39.46 for the delivery service which is now completely waste.

I ordered my ION PC from their site, www.thelinuxstore.com, on 05July1999 and they charged my Visa on 08July1999. They did not ship the PC until 20July1999. This is a big NO-NO. Visa rules require that they do not charge a card until they ship the product.

After several days of shipping delay the company shipped my order without the city or state entered on the address. Needless to say I never got it. I made several calls to find out where the product was and after about 3 weeks called to cancel the order at which time they told me that they had received it back (about a week ago now) because they forgot the address. They never called or emailed to tell me that they had received it back.
