I ordered a Gateway power cord 2x and Amazon sent the wrong cord 2x. I ordered a Gateway and they sent an Acer with a smaller cord. Bought a Nokia 6555 as part of AT&T phone service. Piece of junk. Inside LCD cracked after about 2 months of light duty use. I only use my cell phone for emergencies, so it sits in my car or on my countertop. Opened it one day and the LCD has three cracks going across the screen looking like a chicken's foot. I am outraged at the moment. My wife and i just got a credit check done on me and I found out that I have an item reported negatively on my account for almost $300.00. Supposedly I owe Verizon that much money, but I never once had a phone through them, received any type of statement, or even a collection notice at all. This company is not straight up. Evidently they don't really own an anti-virus, anti-spyware, or anti-anything. All they have is a wrap around updating and web console. According to there help desk they lost their contract to use Panda Software's (Spain) security product which they re-gifted and now they are trying to work with a Russian company. I have had SkywayUSA since this spring 2008. I had trouble installing it, they would not do it so i found someone else. had to pay for it seperately but got it working. On June 10, 2008 I have order from AVG Technologies CY Ltd and paid by VISA USD 65.94 - order no. 211193925. I have never received the AVG Backup CD for Win. Thy scamed me with a 3 ur. maintance fee for nothing and now I can not get my $66.74 refunded back on my discover card. He then said that he is waiting on them to receive the wire since it was an international transfer, but to start with he said the supplier was in Ohio. What a crock! First a customer service person sells me a new printer, when I really wanted ink. Then when the printer arrives it doesn't have the necessary features. I return that printer and suffer more than ten hours of technical help time trying to make the old printer work properly again. Techs drop my call, they don't call back as promised. I forced to pay for help like its a black mail racket. I feel that the company is incompetent to handle the service issues customers present. I hope that manufacturers of computers become more responsible for hiring enough people to solve problems without hours of wait time. read full review »

This "business owner" and his "boutique" needs to pack up and quit. Sales reps are churned, not paid, and generally abused. All sales magically turn into " house accounts" (ie no commissions need to be paid to the rep. ) If you ever see this fellow, Iqbal Manji, aka Bali. RUN don't walk. Save you sanity. I purchased a Cabrio in February 2007. The machine never worked and the repairman sent out 3 days later said he did not know how to repair it! After pestering Whirlpool and Tasco from whom I purchased the machine for 3 weeks, I finally received a new machine a month later. This machine worked great until 3 weeks ago - it is now less than 20 months old. Because it is outside the 1 year warrenty, Whirlpool will do nothing. Bought a Maytag Quiet Series 300 at Home Depot. Worked okay but a year and a half it died. The problem is in the power switches. I am an engineer by proffession. Complaint is simple: Ordered product; Credit card charged; never received product. Projector Lamp Center is just not honest. Each time I've called I've gotten "the lamp will ship today" but that hasn't happened. Given their apparent lack of integrity I'd avoid buying from them. Also, avoid buying from anyone that doesn't put a ship date on their invoice (Projector Lamp Center doesn't give you a ship date, they just charge you anyway) - this just delays your attempts to file a complaint with the credit card company. There was a $50 Mail in rebate on the cricket wireless broadband USB Modem. A sales slip and proof purchase was mailed on October 20, 2008. Refund was denied supposedly because it was postedmarked after the last acceptable date. The only criteria for this was to have it paosted within 30 days of purchase.
