Made an online purchase for a Motorola L9 Slvr earlier this year. Several days passed and the item was not received nor was there any information online about it. Wrote several times and called as well. Finally they told me it was on back order, which seemed odd to have a company charge your credit card on something that is on back order. Samsung have got an unblievably bad after sale service! I have been calling for the last 2 weeks for a corporate printer. I have been told in each of the 5 calls i made in the last 2 weeks, that due to high volume of calls there is no engineer available!!! This shows how bad samsng products are!
