Sony Ericsson service center in mumbai is providing pathetic service. There are hardly any centers in Mumbai to be specific only 2 centers in western suburb. And only 1 centre providing full service. Hence the 2nd center is more of a show piece. The location for the main service center is really bad. Aftersale service facilities of IFB Washing Machines in Ernakulam District of Kerala Stat is totally unsatisfactory. The service contractors keep changing. Customers are unaware of such changes and hence find it difficult to contact the required agency. The letter came with a portion to be cut out and sent as a reply to confirm my enrollment into this Futureguard insurance policy.
