Whilst using a herstyler grande curl for the fifth time since i purchased it, it started fizzing, then smoke rose from the curling wand and it erupted in a shower of sparks! We bought our BRAND new Samsung TV at the Big Screen Store in April of 2009. The TV we bought is LN52A550P3FXZA. At the same time we bought a 3-year warranty from AMT Warranty Corporation. My laptop HP Pavillion Dv9505tx series...getting extremely hot and now the latest is that the screen has gone blank with lots of coloured dots accross the screen. Fan inside is working overtime with lots of noise so HP must have set it to work 100% in order that the laptop does not get heated so very quickly. I was given a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7417 Laptop. The original recovery discs did not work, so I ordered a new set at 24.95, which Toshiba says is just for shipping the discs are free, but the new discs did not work either. To say this company has poor customer service is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Besides my phone not working in less than 3 months, calling customer service (which is in India) gets you no place. I called about perchesing a blutooth head set and they informed me that all I had to do is match it to my phone and start using it. I then went in and they told me how simple it was and explained how to use it. but not once did they inform me on the phone or in the store that there was an activation fee for the headset. I found that out on my own after my bill was sent out and I had to call the toll free number. Seems to me they are after credits for their selves more than they inform their cusomers about hidden cost and taxes.
