We initially received a fraudulent motherboard from Code Micro. It took several emails and phone calls, including pictures of the fraudulent item next to the legitimate item, for the initial RMA to be accepted. While we had to eat the shipping charges both ways for a blatantly fake item, we were assured that the replacement item would be correct. The replacement was, as best we could tell, the proper item, however it was not at all functional. Code Micro delayed the RMA process for the second item long enough to force it outside the window during which returns were accepted and are now refusing to take back the DOA item.
