Last summer, I purchased a phone from Cincinnati Bell. It was a flip phone made by a company called Alcatel. Bought an Aspire One for me (grad student) and my son (autism). Six months after purchase the screen cracked. Netbook was still under warranty so I sent it to Repair Center in Texas per ACER Repair Center website(shipping $50+). Do not buy Panasonic TH50pz plasma TV. It is defective and likely to die within first two years. My TV died three months after warranty expired, and Panasonic did not take any responsibility for two defective circuit boards. Tens of thousands people have complained of the same or similar problem on various www forums (google panasonic plasma dies). The estimated repair cost was $1, 000. Panasonic also does not have an authorized servicer in the city of 200, 000 people where I live.
