PC Tools/Spyware Doctor with Antivirus

I installed the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on 2 of my computers a bit over a month ago and shortly thereafter, my internet stopped working. It took me a while to figure out that the cause of the internet failure wasn't the router, but the antivirus software. Once I uninstalled it, my computers were fine.
When I asked for a refund from PCTools, I was simply told that the 30-day limit for refunds had elapsed; however, they had "now canceled the automatic renewal for your license".
WARNING: this company automatically charges your credit card to renew the subscription without telling you.

Ed Schultz and his militant liberal friends are only allowed to comment on his on line board. His board monitors have blocked me from my freedom of speech. They said that anyone that basically does not get along or what it comes down to, if you don't follow their ideas of politics and society, such as immigrants from Somalia, Afghanistan, Iran set up mosques it’s a good thing. I have mentioned that Mosques are not a good thing and neither are many of these refugees from these trouble countries. This is a bootleg service and should be shut down.. The items arrive shipped from China in the flimsy paper CD/DVD holders. None of the (59) discs work well. Have been in contact with them weekly since receiveing them. THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICES/ AMazon. com has the official sets available, for comprable cost. I received the wrong order, called, asked for a replacement, though I was going to eat what I was given. (McDonald's, KFC, even Domino's have done this). I was told that Lee's didn't do that. I asked to speak with the manager, Ms. Jamie, who repeated what the employee had said (who was very polite and cordial and my reason for my friendliness /quality rating).

WOW you suck- This is my third time complaining I think - because this is much easier and less time consuming than trying to get your lethargic customer service to respond to problem(s). Your questionable product is failing for the sixth time in 18 months of service - at the worst possible moment. On or about November 17, 2009 I phoned Quest Communications to order transfer of service from one location to the new in Montrose Colorado. During the process I ordered basic cable which was sold by Quest Representitive for $29.99 per month until 2011 as advertised. It was installed on November 30, 2009. Ib December 8, I received a bill for $74.99 for the monthly cable service which I did not order at this rate.

I can remember hearing that this was one of the best internet security suites. Like heck!
Has started deactivating it's own protection following product updates. Yes, before you ask, mine is a legit 3 user copy. A current ongoing issue the forum says. Update to 2010 version it says, except that version apparently has the same issues. For an security product this is unforgivable!!

I purchased a television from Currys in November of 2008. A few days after receiving the TV, the screen started flashing black pictures on and off. I didn't report the problem immediately as i felt maybe the TV wasn't tuned properly. So I used the system, and it may work for other children, but my daughter was bored with the videos and wouldn't sit and watch them. the advertizment claims that you don't have to pay any money to any one on there suite to get work after you pay them and that is not true the other suites do ask you for money to get there services and keyonlinejobs.net says they have 24/7 phone suport but after I signed up and went to the web suite that they sent to me there is no phone # or address any were to contact them. This is the worst service and equipment I have ever seen. I have had Tivo with DirecTV for over 5 years but wanted to switch to a "complete package deal" to save money. I switched to Time Warner for Phone, Internet, and Cable. What a mistake! The phone and internet are fine but the Motorola DVR equipment is a mess. I have been with TWC for 3 months and have had to replace the DVR 4 times. Each time, I get a supervisor which credits me ONE DAY to accommodate. I have been going to McDonalds at St Clair and Christie for the last 20 years because I live in this neighbourhood. My biggest complaint is that this particular restaurant has many Filipinos working there - and they speak in their own language and treat the other non Filipion employees badly by yelling at them in front of customers and making fun of them speaking their own language. I had a game card and the final date was on the 3rd, with a 1 day credit to the 4th.for there servers going down for 3 days that month. They shut my card off on the 3rd rather than the 4th. Then there reply that took 5 days for them to reply back went into day 6 for them to say that it was turned of at 1.30 am. on the 4th, problem is I dont know where they had this time, because my game card exspired on me about 6pm the 3rd. My family and I waited for twenty minutes for a table on New Year's Day which was absolutely fabulous. Once we were seated was when everything went sour. The waiters and waitresses were buzzing around us serving all of the tables near us except ours and the table to our left because it empty and being cleared by the busboys.
