I purchased a Samsung Blue Ray Hometheater system on 8/28/09 and it immediately displayed flaws and cracks in the dvd picture. I called for a service repair and they said they would repair it in 7 to 14 days. After the repair, the dvd player wouldn't play discs AT ALL. Apparently the repair only worsened the problem. I got on the phone and this lady was talking fast and said something about $39.99 for some magazines and they were giving me 3 as gifts. I recently purchased an X-Box 360 from superstore only to find an old x-box with scratches on it in the box. The cords in the box looked brand new and didn’t work with the consol. Not only is the food overpriced but when it came to delivery, the old delivery guy had the audacity to hassle me for a tip because I didn't give him one (the first time). I understand the courtesy of tipping a delivery driver.
