The website advertised excellent video and audio quality on the series. This is not the case! Ultimately, I was sent 3 copies of this series, supposedly by different suppliers in China. All 3 had poor video quality. There were mislabeled duplicate shows, and the quality on a number of them was terrible. Some skipped, stopped, or wouldn't play at all. The cases they were sent in were cracked. To return them to China costs almost as much as the cost to buy the series. So beware. read full review »

I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I called Adobe and they can do nothing unless it is a certified reseller of theirs. I am trying to get a refund but I don't currently have high hopes after reading other complaints here. We were told by the Verizon agent that we would receive 2 DVR receivers free, the NFL Ticket and Showtime free for 1 year and free internet until January for $118.00+ tax. I ordered and received a DVD set from Dino dvd's. I order Grey's Anatomy and it came in a box looking very similar to the one advertised for this particular season. However, once I put the discs into the DVd player, I found out that these were just episodes recorded off the TV! There were even portions of commercials that they didn't properly crop out! I was a LoveFilm member. When I decided to cancel my account I sent all my DVD's back to them. 6 months later I got a letter from their debt collection agency stating I still owed them the DVD's and that if I didn't pay up within 1 week they would take me to court and damage my credit rating. I took out a trial offer on blazing fast downloads and ended up with other products totalling £40.31p. There was no way to uncheck the other products. Didn't realise this until my statement came in. never got the other products anyway. RIP OFF. I tried to ring a London number to complain and cancel any further charges they try to make, no joy. My only options were to PAY to ship them back for a refund. Direct TV first off all was a nightmare to cancel, and we only were canceling b/c of a new rule that we could not have a satellite on the roof. It took 3 technicians coming out, many, many many phone calls and ulcers before someone finally wrote down that we did not have a line of site and the crazy cancelation fee of $275 was reversed. The Rogers Video Store in my neighbourhood have sent my file to a collections agencies no less than 3 times since the Spring of 2009. The reason for my being sent to a collections agency is because they claim I failed to return DVDs.
