Saturday, 1/5/2008, we ordered a seafood pizza and a shrimp dinner. Price was $20.20 and we gave a $3.00 delivery tip. Glendas is only 4-5 minutes down the road. We placed our order at 5:36 pm. This Cracker Barrel unit has a lot of problems. First, it's extremely filthy. The cups are sitting in racks slightly above the tile floor which is constantly wet and covered in restaurant spillage. The spillage is then splashed onto the racks of cups anytime someone walks nearby. There is something wrong with their dish washing apparatus as well. Technical team advised me to disconnect PVR and send in for checks because they could not figure out why it froze on the green screen and kept on rebooting, thats fine but the report back from the technician was all ok, then after having the unit professionally reinstalled and wasting 3 days and lots of money we are back to square 1 better still after contacting DSTV again I was told to do exactly what I had just done again... I have been going to this deli for years and the food is great but I was simply grossed out today! They have a very high counter that blocks the view of the employees while they make your sandwich. It is impossible to see over this counter even if you are Michael Jordon. That alone makes me suspicious...why not a clear glass counter so that you can see them make your food? Is it legal for a restaurant to be in cahoots with a tow truck company? Pio Pio closes early and has a dangerous and unclearly marked parking lot. My sister and I accidentally parked there long after they had closed to go to Carvel next door. Moments later we saw a tow truck towing the car with me and my 68 year old sister running after it, screaming. We were ignored. The Carvel server acted as though this was business as usual and said, "Oh, that's how they make their money." Now my sister is out $100, close to what she earned this week. This is criminal!
