I ordered a Used Natural Gloss Washburn Guitar w/ a hard shell case from Musicians Friend. I excitedly opened my package the day it came. To my dismay the wrong guitar was in the case. Please do not order anything from this company. It is a scam. The software they are supposedly selling will not download. I was very leary of making this purchase with them and my hesitation has proven correct. Also, I found out that all I had to do was contact Microsoft and they would send me a replacement disk for a fraction of the cost of the software. lie # 1 service is $54/ month. You find out when you get the bill they charge $75. Then they say you have to apply for $21 rebate on line. It told 1.5 hour and numerous tech call to apply. It takes them 2 months to process which is not retroactive. Lie #2 You cancel anytime no charge. Truth it cost over $400 to cancel. Lie # 3 The 5 recievers were free the 1st year. Truth they are $5.00 per month. We had 4 they charged 5. When i called to complaint about my bill I paid $60 over the phone. They took it from my checking account and did not take it off my bill. Verizon Internet Security Suite has never worked and will never work. I have had this program now for two years it has been a nightmare ever since. It takes their techs hours and hours, days and months to finally tell me it does not work. i ordered a family meal of grilled chicken. when i got home the pieces were so small they looked like the size of popcorn chicken. i paid 17.99 for a family meal that only fed 2 people! This company is said to be Yahoo India partners but is the worse company I have seen. They are just fraud and nothing else. they take your money and never deliver any thing. we asked them to develop an application for our business, a few months ago, to which they agreed to deliver in 2 months. but still that work is pending after 10 months. also they take money in advance, so you are locked up. they never ever follow up or take any requirements from you nor do they follow the guidelines/inputs provided by you. even when you ask for updates, they blame you for not giving the requirement. I had to uninstall some software that windoes wouldn't. Found this company on the internet - Perfect Uninstaller and it said FREE! download. Downloaded, ran the scan, selected the program I wanted to remove and I then was prompted to register. I go through fill in various details. NO MENTION OF MONEY. OK cool! I was ready to close a checking account and then got hit with overdraft fees for something that I did not order or consent to!!! I was refunded the $19.95 that had been taken from my account but now am stuck with the $35.oo overdraft fee and $5.00 per day continuos overdraft fee!!! This is wrong. I was promised a promotional price good for a two year period of time. At the end of one year my promo price disappeared and there was a substantial increase in my bill. When I called Mediacom they issued a ticket number and said they would listen to the original phone call, they record all calls. When they didn't get back to me, I called them again. I attended the July 2009 San Diego Comic Con convention. Square Enix was at the show and selling their products. I saw they had Final Fantasy VIII characters. He also required half down which I thought was fair. I did some research to make sure they were a reputable company and they seemed legit. I too have the same problem - I was told I would have 30 days to evaluate product and could return for any reason and receive a full refund less $14.95 for delivery. NO mention was made about any restocking fee. Our son, as senior, has decided he is not going to retake the ACT test and therefore we do not need this product, I am within the 30 day time limit and have sent two emails and left 2 telephone messages, but had no response whatsoever. I recieved my complete DVD, from DVDmd.tv, set of Will and Grace during the week of 9/22/08. The next week I called their customer service line to advise that the following disk were bad: Dis 1, 9 and 26. I called their customer service line each month as I had not recieved any replacement. ordered the norton antiVirus 8/22/09, check cashed 8/27/09, it is now 9/8/09 where is the antiVirus we ordered . there have been no e-mails and no recognition of receipt of payment. I require a Canadian phone number to check this billing system and locate the product.
