Touch of Pink Entertainment
Rita January 14, 2009
Debited my checking account for $29.99 on Dec 23, 2008. Not authorized. I believe this company is tied to Touch of Pink Cosmetics. I am a Mary Kay consultant and recently did business with Touch of Pink and they deposited a check directly into my checking account, at Wachovia. I noticed that there was at least another Mary Kay person that had the same problem. read full review »

Bloomfield Software
Cindy January 14, 2009
I was looking into buying some First Name Software to supplement my home business and found this company, Bloomfield Software among others. I was particularly interested in Bloomfield and another company, Ken Kirkpatrick Software. I like to do my homework b/4 I buy and on Bloomfield's site there is a reference to another site, ShopandCompareBiz. It doesn't take a genius to figure out this manufactured site is an advertisement for Bloomfield and its sole purpose is to slam his competitors. I never trust any merchant who spend... read full review »

Dunkin' D0nuts
1ForChrist January 14, 2009
I worked @ this particular Dunkin' Donuts. I love the coffee & other products that DD has to offer. HOWEVER, I will NEVER return to this DD. The manager is a very young, unexperienced Manager with the worse people skills I have ever seen. She has NO business being in a Management position, especially with NO prior experience. I had 9 years of full service restaurant management exp. & have NEVER dealt with such an immature manager/person in my entire life. I predict that this DD will eventually close. There are enough customer complaints about her & her poor attitude. read full review »

Like a previous writer who was also ripped off, SatelliteTVcube does not deliver what it promises. I erroneously got caught up in the moment, thinking it would be nice to see NHL games on my computer for a one time fee, NOT, big mistake, endless series of dead end downloads and attempts to put Adware on your computer, don't make the same mistake, STAY AWAY from this outfit. read full review »

NOSEBOOKS sold me a FAKE stated "First Edition" of THE CATCHER IN THE RYE. Title/Copyright page pasted in. Razor marks in gutter, uneven pages. Seller has HISTORY OF SELLING FAKE BOOKS/FAKE SIGNATURES dating back a couple years evident in follow-ups to her deceptive 100% feedback. Multiple FAKE BOOKS soldby Nosebooks is too coincidental to be an oversight. A possible professional book restorer?? The FAKE COPY was hard to detect without magnification and black light. Tried to plug it in another wall socket. Still no power. Power cord is in securely. TV was purchased in march. of 2007. Haven't had a single problem with it until now. Purchased software to see what it could do. It does nothing. Most of the items on there menu are just short cuts to utilities that are provided for you by your operating system. I only tried it because of the 'No Explanation 30 Day Money Back Guarantee'. Do not fall for this. You will not get your money back. This is one purchase your credit card company will not come to your rescue. You will lose your money. They literally are thieves. 24hr tech support does not exist. If they do respond to you, it is in some style of broken english. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! read full review »

I had XM service from October of 2004 until 1/12/09. I received a statement in the mail indicating that I needed to contact XM Radio to update my credit card information for their auto renewal program. I decided that I wanted to cancel my subscription instead. My subscription should have expired on 1/12/09. I contacted their "XM Listener Care" line on 1/13/09 @8:30 a.m. I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone named Cheryl answered the line. I received a call from Summit Alliance about a great deal on magazines. So I (stupidly) authorized a one-time fee charge from my account. I have had several fees taken out of my account even after telling them that I DO NOT want their magazines and have sent back the ones that I had received. They have even charged me an overdraft fee. (I had asked my bank what I could do since I wasn't getting a response from Summit.) They told me to close out that account and reopen another. In 2007 I upgraded Quickbooks premier, at a cost of approx $800.
