This company is a fraud and can't be reached by the telephone number issued. I indicated on the phone when ordering the two books that I was not interested in any thing else the company had to offer only to receive mail accompanying the books that 9.95 may be deducted from the credit card number indicated on a monthly basis. I purchased a Phillips Magnavox TV from Frys on Northwest Highway in Dallas about 4 years ago with a 3 year warranty. From Day 1 I had problems with the convergence and had someone set it upon install and come out again a year later. I was told I would be charged in the future because I could set this myself. Company allows employees to delete paid accounts without refund according to their whim. They broke their own rules when they deleted an account. According to their rule #14 on MonstersGame.co.uk it says that prior warning will be given. Game coordinator decided that didn't apply and deleted account regardless. This trading software is advertised as being able to indicate to you when to buy and when to sell stock. However, after we spent $14, 000 for it, my husband went through 8 months of classes, both online and in their 'conference', which was another $2000! And all he was able to do was lose money. We purchased this as a family Christmas Present. We watch little television at our home, so obviously this one lasted us longer than most of those complaining. I went to this restaurant with new renovations and found the prices had been hiked up. The portion sizes have shrunken and the food quality went down. The wait time did not change even though the restaurant size is now 3x the original. The wait staff was very rude when I returned my RAW chicken. I ordered a yr. subscription to Consumer Reports Magazine for Christmas. It never came. I called Superior Subscriptions and they said sorry, they would refund me per a check. I waited and waited. Never came. Tried to contact them again. Can't get them by phone or email. Paypal has done nothing to help. Did not even contact me to say they won't help. I had it shipped to my mail forwarding service in Washington, and then had it forwarded to my temporary home in the Philippines.
