I got my service with Comcast in February 2010 after moving into another house. My problem started in June 2010 when I lost have the channels I had been getting. We have one box on the main TV and then just regular cable for the three TV's upstairs (just basic cable for $26 a month). I refer to the response i had received from News Cafe, Firstly we were not wearing tracksuits, secondly there were people sitting at the tables at the entrance wearing t shirts and takkies though they were having a good time and we were told we not allowed in, due to our dress code. i understand and am fully aware of the smart casual dress code, Though there are signs at News Cafe's taht say after 6PM you have to be dressed smart casual to be let in. After fixing a bowl of soup and eating a few bites, I noticed a bug in my soup. I went to the counter to let someone know with the soup in tow, the lady then informs me that it must have came in from the air and it's not their fault. Then she proceeds to tell me that I'll get a 15% discount on my next visit. When I inform her that I wont her coming back, she shrugs her shoulders and refuses to comp my buffet. Sorry for being late but I was only able get back the shop on sunday to exchange the scratched dvds.I got there and asked if I could look at the replacment copy from the Clearwater branch to see if those dvds were scratched like the ones I had and it turns out that those dvds also have the same circular scratches but are not as bad as the dvds that were in the boxed set I had bought.I took the replacement dvd set but I said that I would mention this when I replied to my complaint here. Ordered magazines last year. 4 magazines real cheap. Noticed unauthorized renewal charges on bank statement called to cancel and get refund. Customer Service in Dominican Republic barely spoke passable English. Cancelled all additional magazines was assured everything eas OK. This month $70 gone for magazines. Waitress at the food counter would not serve my husband, who was standing in front of her - told him to go and 'stand over there' - to her left. I visited the Zumba site on 08/10/2010 and ordered the Zumba combo cds. The price was 59.99 plus shipping and handling. I paid by credit cared 74.00 for this order and received it in about 9 days. On August 18th, Zumba billed my credit card again for 32.90. I have not ordered anything else from Zumba and want my money back. I did not give them permission to bill my card for any additional items. This is fraud and I want my money back. I found on my credit card statement that the amount that was charged was more than what we spent and I have the receipt to prove it. When I called and talked to the manager, she first asked me if I had my receipt. When I told her I had it in my hand, she then said I had put the extra money on the bill as a tip. When I told her we NEVER do that and left a tip on the table she then changed her story and said the cashier made a mistake. She never apologized and was very defiant and rude.
