My complaint is that our 4 year old Jack Russel Terrier dog contracted pneumonia and died after spending three days at the vet' for back or leg pain. Our dog was having trouble with her hind legs and would not jump to get up on her bed. I bought a pomeranian puppy for my 12 year olds birthday present for $500. In June of 2005. My fiancee and i purchased a Shar-pei from the Rutherfords. After spending $950 dollars on the dog, we have since learned about all of her genetic deffects. Today we recieved the worst news, a tumor, yet to be determined as to if it is malignant or not. this is just the last of several problems, umbilical hernia, shar-pei fever, tacking of eyes surgery, dislocating knees. nearly $4,000 later in vet bills here we are. I will never recommend using A Fairytale Wedding for weddings, corporate events, and other special events! I rented chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc. from them and they were late. Not only did they deliver everything late to the wedding reception, the chairs were in horrible condition, the tablecloths were wrinkled, had burns from previous uses, and had stains on them. We had a very, very negative experience with After Hours tuxedos last weekend. It began with their Ann Arbor, Michigan store listing the grooms name incorrectly, followed by a groomsman who was calling with his measruements long-distance from Canada being told (by a person in the Traverse City, Michigan) store to call back later as she was too busy to take any measurements from him. After several emails regarding to complaints about the service, with none satisfactorily resolved, I tried to cancel my account and refund my money, which they didn't address in any of their response emails. I purchased a pink wedding gown and slip in late December 2005. First of all their customer service is horrible. You get no good contacts and if you are unhappy with their service there is no customer service to remedy the problem. If you have paid, their answer is to close your account and they get $160.00 of free money without providing the service they guarantee.
