I needed to replace my water heater and called Cabrillo Plumbing. They were very professional and came out on time to inspect and give estimate for the job. 3-9-10 Bathroom Drain clogged, Estimate $600. Tenant Paid final bill for $838.15 after an hour and a half's work from the ground cleanout PVC in front of the kitchen. I called and was told a Roto Rooter manager would get back to me, hasn't happened. I called several other plumbers and was quoted $300-$400. to jett out and degrease the sewer line. My Fin-All Roof is about 10 years old now. Over the past 4 years, the paint finish has slowly begun to peel away.
