Turns out this is the same guy that couldn't keep his other business going so he just reopened another one when the other one went broke. Do not use this company. I purchased Laminate flooring, Tarkett EZ Plank, worse purchase I, ve ever made, the flooring was cheap . You had to be careful when interlocking the pieces, they were like cardboard and would break off on the end pieces. Upon buying the Transition pieces I had to buy one piece, cost me $36.00 this piece was very poorly made also couldn, t put piece in the metal track when I went to do this a piece would break off, this also was made of a cardbord, went back to the store numerous time for a refund, waste of time. read full review »

Bought two drawer units from Natuzzi. They took forever to arrive. My son went to pick up the items as they weren't too large. When I opened them at home both the drawer fronts were damaged as was one drawer carcass. I phoned Natuzzi and was told that they had been checked before the left the store. My son confirmed that the furniture was not opened in front of him in the store. They are refusing to replace them as they say they were not damaged when they left the store. Did not deliver the bed I ordered and paid for, Only the headboard. Refuse to credit back the money for the missing bed until they find out where the bed is...even though in their system it is showing the bed was not delivered to me because the pounds on what was delivered is 36lbs when the bed is about 120LBS. Bought entire house full of furniture from these guys - including large L shaped leather sofa. Within a month the leather on the L part of sofa started changing in texture. After inspection by leather "expert" - i was promised a same day return call, which never happened. When I followed up myself - I was told : thats just too bad m'am. It s just a different part of the cowhide. its not a defect. Doesnt matter that its right smack in the middle of the sofa. Zero quality control. Zero customer service. We paid $700 for an Oreck Upright Vacuum with a 21 yr. warranty. The warranty is only good if you have it serviced by them once a year. At the time we purchased the vacuum, it was from a dealer fairly close to our home. Now there are only two dealers here, in a city of almost 3 million people, and they are both almost an hour away from our home. In the past, they would do the maintenance work (which only took about 15 minutes max.) while we waited. Now, they both want you to leave it for up to a week's time. Residents of societies cannot drive cars and had to go way long to find the leveled surface to bring car on the upper road. Marlo Sucks don't buy from them. After ordering furniture from Marlo they showed us 2 hours late against a 4 hour window (6 hours) the first delivery date. They tried to assemble the tables and were missing parts so they had to reschedule, After waiting another 3 hours the second delivery they still could not assemble tables because they were missing parts. Bought a new base and Mattress. Complained two days after delivery - unable to sleep on mattress. Was informed today (2 weeks after brand new bed was delivered) that nothing is wrong with mattress and would not be replaced. (Inspection was done by somebody who took 2 or 3 pics and who refused to either touch the bed or to lie down on it!!! We are not able to sleep on it at all. I had some tree work done by Michael's Tree and Landscaping a few days ago. Not only did they do a great job, but they got it done very quickly. There price was more than fair and they even worked in the rain just to get the job done. They even did some extra clean-up that was not part of the job. I ran the self-clean on the oven for approximately an hour. I shut the oven off and while the oven was cooling, the interior glass of the door exploded. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010. We bought a split king with the adjustable base and their Crowne mattress in Jan 2009. From the beginning my husband's mattress was softer than mine and prone to cratering. In April of last year i was contracted to reseal two walkways and a patio for mr price. A very common Job for stamped concrete. the patio had extensive Salt damage and chips where the surface was gone. it needed to be re-colored as well as sealed.
