Amana gas range, Model No. ACF 3325AW, worked well until-- 5 years after purchase--we tried the self-cleaning feature... disaster. Trim on the top of the door melted, which was easily fixable, and the igniter apparently shorted out. Because Snapper has a reputation for high quality lawn mowers, and I have been pleased with my experience with them in the past, I purchased a 16hp - 42" cut rear engine riding mower in May of 2000. Purchased Godrej Pentcool 420 litres Refrigerator in July 2007. From day one it never had enough cooling to prevent ice-creams from melting or freezing milk packets in at least 24 hours. I had purchased 310 ltr Whirlpool refrigerator on 30-APR-2006. Since purchase I am not happy with cooling of this refrigerator,earlier cooling was low but now it is totally gone. I have Hitachi AC. The electronic circuit board of AC got damage. I called Hitachi Authorized Mechanic to solve the problem. He replaced the circuit Board with new one. He also did some soldering on circuit board. When he started the AC, the compressor of my new AC got damage due to faulty soldering on chip board. It might happened due to shortcircuit. I purchased a Sofa from Regency Furniture, at the Largo, Md store and I also requested for special fabric on the sofa. I waited 3 months to for the sofa and when I received it the legs could not be installed because the lug nuts shift inside the frame of the couch. This was purchased as a Christmas present 2006 and the inner pot or crock cracked in February - about 6 weeks later. We returned it to the manufacturer (Kitchen Aid) and to date have not received a replacement. We have been told it will take until at least July. This was a $170 crockpot. We recently bought Nafco / Domco vinyl strips and laid them in our bathroom. When we purchased the strips, the person where we purchased them from ask what type of floor we had down and I told him solarium. He said it would be ok to lay the strips over our existing floor. He did not have the glue recommended on the box but sold us SAFOT 380. We used the 1/16" X 1/16" X 1/16" trowl so we would not get the glue too thick. I am hoping that someone can help me in finding out if a class action lawsuit is the way to go. We built a new house last May (2006) and had a large amount of Pergo Accolade installed. Immediately upon moving in the floor began "cricking" and "snapping".
