This is to inform anyone who will listen about the horrible customer service I received from A & E Factory, Whirlpool’s authorized repair Service Company which has negatively impacted me so much that I will never buy another Whirlpool / Sears product again.

Maytag Refrigerator Ice2O French Door Bottom Freezer
Add me to the club. My refrigerator is 14 months old and is on the brink of leaving me. Upon delivery a shelf bracket was broken. I had to drive to hhgregg to get one from a floor model, they did give me gas money and refund my delivery cost. Two months later the right door and an alignment problem, had to have a repairman to fix that. May 18, 2007 my refrigerator went out. I called First American Home Buyers Corp on May 19 at 7:00 am. They said they would have someone contact me and make arrangements to come out. He was able yo come to my home May 23, 2007. He informed me the compressor was burned up and he said it should be replaced. Instead of replacing it, they wanted a second opinion. Our Frigidaire dishwasher model PLD3460RDC1 (that was purchased new in November, 2005) has broken again for the 4TH TIME! I contacted the customer service center this morning and am thoroughly disgusted at the service I received. Up Country sold me a table and 6 chairs, told me that they have stock, but has to rely on third party company to deliver the table. They charged me in full and 100 delivery charge, told me 2-3 weeks estimate, but will try to give me the table in 2 weeks. I recently visited the Furniture Bazaar at Baner Road in Pune. Found a product good and I decided to purchase it. They told me that the lead-time is approx 2 weeks. When asked I was told that I am required to pay the entire amount and there is no policy of taking advance and paying the balance when the order is delivered.

I bought a warranty through our mortgage company GMAC for electrical appliances in our house. The name of the company is Home Serve. When the time came for them to replace our air conditioner the company says we switched some switchers or wires to by pass something and that caused the air conditioner to stop working. We were told four weeks ago that it was finally being shipped only to be sent an email yesterday that our entire order was on backorder. After disconnected numerous times and being put on hold more than five minutes each time, we were told that we were never told our order was being shipped. I purchased a dinette set with Island Furniture on April 7, 2007. Twice I was promised delivery dates, twice I was stood up. No call from the company. When I finally spoke to the manager, Mr. Julio Kim, he said to come into the store, Sunday (April 29), to collect my down payment. He assured me it would be on record why I was there. I went to the store. Not only was Mr. Kim not there, but also his sales associates had no knowledge of the situation. Of course, no envelope with my money. Constant, blatant lies. Constant deception.

Bought at Masons furniture store in cloverdale surrey BC a month or so ago... We complained to the store about a mark on the top of the chair the leather seems to have been damaged, the piping which should go over the frame is offset, which we think has caused the damage to the edge of the chair... The store informs us that if a technician comes out it will cost us $65.00, otherwise my husband should bring it in to the store, he has asthma so that is impossible for us to do... We have a refrigerator manufactured by Videocon. This refrigerator frequently breaks down. Only a few months ago the compressor had to be replaced. Within few months the defrost timer and thermostat had to be changed. After several complaints to the call center Videocon company sends mechanic. I have purchased LG washing machine 7512HN. Machine arrived on Sunday 20th May 2007. I had asked for longer inlet water pipe. The service centre has been delaying giving demo saying the pipe is not available. For this purpose the machine is lying idle for almost 1 week. Calling LGs customer care number also get response that the technician will come today. Every day the reply is same. The APC promises its customers two years onsite replacement warranty on both inverter and battery. However it fails to deliver on those aspects. I purchased a home inverter sine wave model BI800I. The product is still under warranty. The inverter fan is making a lot of noise when running and the battery is not giving any backup. Inspite of numerous call to their call center and fake promise that the problem would be rectified within 48 hours the problem is still unresolved for more than the last 15 days. The power cut in Ghaziabad is causing a lot of problem. A normal cut in a day is minimum 10-12 hours and since last day the electricity was available only 4 hours in the past 24 hrs.
When we go to the electricity office the people talks very badly and there is no person of the officer rank available. These people do not respond at all.
Also they said that there is shortage of electricity from the back and thats why this is a problem but they themselves are siting under fans and tublelights and watching TV nearby.

I purchased a Maytag Neptune washing machine 2/2005. I was unaware of the class action suit that was going on in. I am and have been experiencing problems since the original purchase - service man is coming today (this will be the third visit in 2 years 3 months). The motor was replaced august 2006. Is there anything I can do? Or is it too late to do anything... Any advice would be appreciated. I purchased a mid line Cub Cadet ztr mower in the Fall of '05 about 3 weeks before mowing season was over. When I used the mower I found out it would not cut taller, thin grass 'sprigs' even with repeated mowing passes. There is always shortage for hp cooking gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book gas cylinders for days till we get the line and after you book, the delivery will take at least 20-30 days to reach my residence. I have HP gas connection at secunderabad twincity HP gas distributor, I have transferred to BHEL township. Before transferring we have verified with the HP gas people.
They told us to transfer as 'LOCAL TRANSFER' so that we can transfer to anywhere in hyderbad.

This is the complaint regarding the no delivery of HP gas cylinder. Order was booked in the name of Mr.S.N.Dwivedi, aged 85 yrs order no. 240 dated 7th may 2007.
Inspite of repeated calls (50-60)to Manas distributor, kidwai nagar kanpur. code no 961940, there was no response and till date the gas has not been delivered. it has caused lot of trauma and agony to mr. Dwivedi in his old age. Moreover people are very rude in responding.

Ordered 2 tomato trees plants and they arrived with no soil attached to the roots, no moisture, the leaves were brown and the stems of the plants are about the size of the lead in a pencil. These plants are not going to live and i noticed on the web site that others had complained to the company. If they cannot produce a quality product that they advertised than they oe3o4should say we cannot supply you with what you ordered and send the money back.

I purchased a townhome in 1995. The thing is that an A. O. Smith 40 gallon gas water heater was installed by the builder. It lasted a good 11 years. In January of 2006 it died. I purchased a Kenmore Power Miser 9 gas water heater. The fact is that the installation guy told me that they are all the same water heater. I had procured 1 kenstar refrigerator around 1 year. Within 1 year itself its compressor got changed within 6 month & since then its problem started. By the time 1 year got over it got repaired 4 times. This means if a new item is getting failed 4 times in a year that mean that product has got manufacturing defect. I had a problem with my LPG cylinder. The washer was loose and the regulator was not fitting on it, when we tried to contact the local gas distributor-Indane TUCS kilpauk area, no one gave a proper reply, and then with great difficulty got two phone numbers of their service people 24452132 & 23453425 but there is no response on those numbers... Swivel Sweeper
My complaint is that the plastic glides on the bottom of the Swivel Sweeper has badly marred the finish on our hickory floor! It will not even buff out!
Another problem is, after ordering from their toll free number, they misspelled my last name, which really came in handy. It identified them as the people that sold my information to to advertisers.
