In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages. My experience with Orr seems to be the same as everyone else. No returned e-mails, no returned phone calls. Property owner claims that Orr has been paid entire contract less 50K, but Orr won't pay us and won't explain what they did with the money. The bank required no lien releases before handing over funds to Orr, so there is little trail as to who they paid and who they didn't pay. Times are tough enough right now. Bill Norris left a flyer on our door after a tornado hit our community. He came out and said he could get State Farm to cover us for a new roof that was leaking, due to wind and hail damage. 1/9/11 State Farm inspected our roof and said they would replace it on 1/12/2011 Mr Norris of Norkobi, Inc. asked for a deposit of $2590.15 to cover the materials and labor and within two to three weeks we would have a new roof.
