I placed two orders and both were total disasters...customer service at brighter blooms has been ugly... they did not deliver the product ordered and then gave me a total run around.. when the product came it was in poor condition... I was very excited to be purchasing a new Pella door. My new door was supposed to be installed this morning with a crew showing up between 8am - 10am. At 10:30 am we started calling. I have been hearing one excuse after another. It is now after 3pm and I still don't have a crew. I just spoke to my salesperson and he said there was no way they would be able to have a crew finish an install today. My husband and I just wasted a day of vacation each for this. I was hired directly from the company to work there temporarily as they for their busy time of Easter thru Mother's Day as they are the flower distributer for Wal-Mart. I have called the phone # listed above and it is a recording stating that the mailbox is full and call back later. I was issued an RGA to return excess materials my contractor ordered. The RGA was dated 12/22/2010. The company verified they received my goods and would be issuing a credit shortly. However, as of 5/12/2011 I still have not heard from the company. They have promised to have their accounting department get back with me when I have called and have ignored certified letters they have received (one sent by my attorney). I purchased an L24WG165X1P-24V WORX GT TRIMMERon June 30, 2010. I have used it for about a total of 30 minutes. The battery will not stay charged. It works for about 5 minutes, then needs recharging. Purchased a Maytag QL 200 Quiet Series in Oct of 2009, Have replaced the control panel twice and it is broken again. Maytag won't even consider replacing the part. I have to add my complaints regarding the Husky 1800 psi power washer. My wife bought it for me at Home Depot about 3-4 years ago. It worked about 5 times before the wand began leaking like crazy! Bought product online first of august last year. I used it a few times before the season was over, and stored it indoors, following all precautions to avoid killing the batteries. Come spring, one battery wouldn't chage at all, called and getting another one sent to me via warranty. After purchase and prepayment over the internet I was notified by email that I should not accept the shipped order until I had opened and inspected for internal damage. This contractor is responsive before you sign the contract. Once you do, however, he does not do the work when promised, doesn't answer calls if he recognizes your number. When you do trick him into answering your call (call from unknown number) he lies about when he will show up, and then doesn't anyway. Do not use this contractor. read full review »

I purchased a Frigidaire professional range and an extended warranty fom Brandsmart in July of 2009. Over two months ago my range failed and started producing an alarm sound continuously and I had to shut off the circuit breaker to stop it.
