We ordered a bed in mid febuary the site said available but a month later recieved part of our order & had no info on the rest. We called numerous times after holding for up to 30 min @ a time and finally got a hold of cymax who kept giving these excuses about parts being shipped from japan & with the tsunami got delayed. Put we didn't receive any email from the company informing us of this two months past and nothing. When we called they would tell us oh yeah it's finally on it's way now you'll receive an email by the end of the week. That never came. Three months later we cancelled our order. Tim Bruss knock on my door, told me that I could get a "free" roof from my insurance. Too good to be true, but it turn out yes my insurance paid for a new roof less deductible. Warning to anyone who calls Gillece for their "$99" deal to have them unclog the drain: They will say something is wrong and try to sell you on a huge contract. They will also try to get you to sign something called "emergency" form and disguise it as a convenience that they can start "right away". In 1989, I owned a home in Moreno Valley, CA. I had an ADT account for the full house security system, one day I had received a call while out with my family at a movie theater, that my alarm had went off. When I had gotten home I was told by the alarm company that they had to enter my home through the upstaris window through my daughters room to see if there were any intruders in my home. I was told that no intruders were found. Last may 2010 I purchased a Sears Crafsman lawn mower (Kohler engine) with a 2 year warranty. Two weeks (two uses) after I ran the new mower it refused to restart after cutting front lawn. Do not EVER use Curtis Total Service, Inc for any home repair service!!! We called them when we had our plumbing issues on May 18th. They charge $77.00 just to come out to "look" then wanted to charge us over $400.00 to snake it. We told them no and to leave. Today, May 25th we get a certified letter from an attorney's office billing us for $227.00! I called Curtis Total Service, and was told I need to talk to the attorney. I used the Husky 1800 Power Wash on my house. I stored the power washer in my garage for a year. I used it again last summer on my cement patio, and lost all the pressure. I purchased two plants from this garden (Tree Peony Garden). Not very long after planting, one plant showed signs of dying. I made serial attempts via phone calls and emails trying to save the plant. Their service were terrible (do not return phone calls or emails, rude attitude when answering questions, etc.). When being inquired if the dead plant can be replaced since most nurseries carry one-year warranty, they replied they don't care what other business do but they don't take any responsibilities once a plant was sold.
