Tim Harvell came to my house to replace my roof and 2 sky lights...well, attempt to replace my roof. They took the sky lights with them and left boards where the sky lights are. All of the vents leak. Mr. Harvell returned one of my 12 documented calls and tried to tell me if I returned his call he would fix it, but he can't if I don't call him back?!? Ordering was easy with All Barstools for our Johnston Casual bar stools. This was the 4th time we have gotten stools from Johnston. However we always picked them out and up in the store. This time we ordered online. Unable to locate samples in our area we picked a color . When they arrived they were no where close to what we ordered. (See photos.) Sample is first, stool is second. We had a 30 by 50 building that collapsed from the snow in february 2011. The insurance company is not wanting to give us the acceptable refund money for rebuilding it. They refused to talk to us about the problem. We had to use our own money from our retirement account to rebuild this structure. I had purchased a Whirlpool window AC about 8 months ago from a dealer in Patna. It's compressor carries a 5 year warranty. The AC suddenly stopped functioning about 15 days ago. Classic Conservatories built an attached structure for my 18th century home in Sussex County, NJ in 2006. In February of this year, the structure suffered a complete collapse of the roof. 2 years ago I had ADT come and install a security system. At that time, they lied to me about the pricing. The installer felt horrible and said that they would send me two $100 gift cards for my troubles. The first gift card came, but the second gift card did not ever come. I purchased a kenmore stove, black in color, and I had it since july 2009 and I only use it 9 months a year as i go to our cabin for three. This company claimed that they could get a stain out of my carpet however my carpet was too old to be cleaned. They tried and did not get the stain out. The next day I called to complain and they stated they would send a truck out to deep clean. They did and that did not work either. They then had the carpet sample analyzed to determine what material it was at a lab. The lab sample indicated a certain type of fiber, they then had a special cleaning solution purchased. I purchased a yard of black garden soil from Salisbury Garden Supplies. I paid $50 delivery charges. As soon as the soil was poured down in my garden, I realised that the soil was infected with lots of insects. When called them to inform them about the issue, they totally refused. I had paid $200 for soil. At this time point of time, it was too late & the damage was already done. For me, it was a waste of my time and money plus the plants that the insects infected are worth more than $100. It is just too frustrating. Lazaro's Painting & Carpentry was retained last year via contract to paint house, replace all gutters, carpentry repair ( i.e., overhang with facia board ), replace 10 damaged siding shingles and fix hole on roof. Actual Incomplete job is performed i.e., no final color coat of paint applied, no Carpentry Work done, no replacing of 10 damaged siding shingles and fixing of hole on the roof. This is a rip off. I have already replaced this part once and I don't intend to replace it again. The plastic gear teeth are stripping away which alters the self -propelled action of the drive wheels. I have gradual slope in my back yard and it is extremely tough for me to push and turn this mower. The shaft is not bent, but it seems that the left side is worse then the right. The installers came to put in the windows and I noticed about a half hour after they arrived that my 2 labrador retrievers were missing. The installers had left the door open and my dogs got out. Turns out they were picked up by animal control and I had to pay $127 to get them back. When I returned with my dogs, I called the service department to express my concerns. Have taken this item back for warranty repairs at the Sears Repair Service facility on Park Street, St. Petersburg, Florida. Approximately 5 years ago, I purchased a Troy-Bilt lawnmower, 830 series, from Lowes. It worked OK for the first couple seasons, although there were a few issues right away. The first thing was the back safety flap at the rear that kept getting stuck up under the deck. After a couple seasons the lawnmower became hard to start.
